There are so many better ways to temporarily [or permanently, though not as many] disable a vehicle than ventilating the tires. Somebody with a very basic toolbox could probably make it never run again or at least, make it very very expensive to make it run again, taking it out of commission for quite some time so the faggots driving it can't distribute baseball bats and soylent. If you have a very good lawyer and resources, you could mount an aggressive defense, appeal if necessary and then turn around and sue the city/state/two cunts for damages. But that takes financial resources only the very wealthy can afford. If you're middle class and your finances are on the edge due to lockdowns and coronavirus restrictions, it's not possible.

My experience of Ice cream vans and blacks is something i will never forget. Many moons ago and just turned 21 i bummed around the east on Greyhound buses. I was making a connection at a horrible bus station in south Miami and heard an ice cream van.
A black boy of about 10 years old said he wanted an ice cream, to his mum, and fuck me did he get the worst whipping , i have ever witnessed, from a belt she pulled out of her bag. This is in the waiting room and all the black cunts just watched her do it. I got told to mind my fucking business by 2 of them so went outside.
Out on the hard standing is the ice cream van which looked like some kind of heavy duty van , the kind for moving piles of money between banks. Purchases were being made through a small opening cut into one side that was just large enough to talk through and pass bills and lollies. What a shit hole and i bet the only thing that has changed is the music.

Are they like in the UK where lots of them sell drugs as well? It was a real problem in Scotland in the 1970s and 1980s, and there were murders and turf wars. At one point, Strathclyde Police's Serious Crime Squad the Scots version of CID) were nicknamed the "Serious Chimes Squad", it was that bad.
