Well Phil might have that kind of problem too, which I suppose is something he would worry about Leanna revealing. One thing is for sure: whatever it is she could tell us that would mortify him, it's the wrong thing for him to worry about.

This. He may not be completely impotent, but I doubt the little potato functions as reliably as that of someone who exercises, eats better, sleeps better, and doesn't drink like a fish. Just look at the way it has affected the parts of his body that are visible.

I think Phil probably has an average libido and an average dick. His shit probably functions just fine. He's just a lazy fuck who finds it easier to jerk off than have sex. Gonna make a new aphorism here and now: "When it comes to Phil; Never attribute to conspiracy that which can be adequately explained by idiocy." Phil is not playing 4D chess. He is extremely uncomfortable about his jerking it on stream when brought up to the point where he can only call it "the incident", He banned people talking about it when it first happened. There's no need to imagine it was some stunt to get attention, he's not that smart nor does he have a big enough ego to let being "the guy" not bother him.

And, as has been observed previously... Yeah DSP's storycraft game is weak even when he has time to put together a "debunk". For reference, his actual Debunk stream that was full of 2 minute google searchable items that he openly tried to change the stories on, or when he tried to "own the detractors" with a 10 second out of focus medicine bottle to prove his ear infection weeks after the fact.
