Sure, the ballots where someone moved, died, or didn't properly sign the ballot or complete the voting process weren't counted now. However, clerks are going to be processing many more ballots in November. How much time will they have -- and how eager will they be -- to maintain the same level of ballot integrity when they're trying to meet the certification deadline for a Presidential election? The temptation to cut corners will be greater.

Concerns about ballots arriving late are definitely legitimate in areas where mail service's reliability has slipped. I'm not sure how much of it is Trump's fault (especially when his critics blame him for everything wrong in the world) and how much is within the USPS' control. Nevertheless, there are issues with mail-in voting that need to be addressed ASAP in the next two-plus months.

TL;DR - Some sort of shitshow with this year's election, especially with absentee ballots, might be inevitable. I say this as a realist and not a Doomer.

It's right as they were leaving the garage. I wouldn't be surprised if they ran over a grate really fast or something on their roof bonked a height limit bar. Doesn't really sound like gunshots, and the rate is consistent with running something over at that speed.

The BLM people filed a permit today to counter protest, but labelled it as a "vigil" - so it kind of reeks that they instigated to make it look and sound like they're victims. BLM is losing optics with "peaceful protest" declaration, so the next move is to call themselves vigil goers.

I don’t think in terms of generational groups. I mean, Vietnam vets are Boomers and our current infantry are 18-25 yo. All are pretty tough guys. The soy knows no bounds except maybe being rich and spoiled.

Yeah it was a non-Concrete window on the multi-stream, it clearly showed the car turning in front of the van, the van having to stop, then they turned on lights and siren. It didn't have the clean side shot of the tires getting slashed, though, I assume that happened directly after they got him to move.

I don't remember the name of the streamer, I think it was on Woke (center right window) just after the protest got pushed into the neighborhood. If I have time I'll go back and look, but the lie is pretty obvious without that intro clip.

No, the cops do slash tires, on vehicles that are obviously with the protest (the snack vans) and on vehicles that seem dangerous and will wind up behind them as the line advances. It's a safety tactic so they don't get hit from behind.

But they certainly didn't slash an entire bridge's worth of tires last night.

I feel bad for them. The road they pave leads to civil war and armed unrest. Their perceived enemies are going to make quick work out of them. Anytime they have firearms, they exude ineptness.
