Let's say future you traveled back in time to warn you about this. You knew it was going to happen, but you had one week to figure out how to solve the issue. You can't say "guys he's/she's going to accuse me of rape" to your friends, or authorities. It would make no sense and start suspicion. You can't kill her or anything like that, because that's no fun for a hypothetical.
Would you accuse them of rape first? That might cause suspicion. Would you get the fuck out of dodge? Also suspicious. You can't hope on your buddies bailing you out, because the larger area is undoubtedly going to believe them.

if that is not an option (cause can't get drugs that fast or can't safely plant them) then you're pretty screwed. maybe kill the person before they can talk, but then you'll be investigated for murder because a persons spouse/partner is always #1 on the list of potential suspects.
