Sadly that is what tends to happen. The lack of mental health care for people at his level of need is pretty obvious. If he ends up in a boarding home or group home they would take his social security as payment, if he ends up in a partial care its paid by Medicare/Medicaid or comped by the agency due to funding. He would need to be commited a certain number of times involuntarily in a time period beyond 72 hour hold before he could be sent to a state hospital.

It's not the first time he's accused TPD of trying to have him committed without grounds. He has a diagnosed mental illness which he medicates with weed rather than take antipsychotics, and lack of sleep can trigger psychotic episodes in people who are susceptible to psychosis.

I suspect he's just not worth special treatment. I've seen randier goats than him on wards. I reckon he'll mostly settle for attention, and complaining. He's go a history of psych ward time, they'll know what to watch for. His bark has always been worse than his flaccid gumming. He's a sick fuck, but a minor one. There's real monsters in the system. Proactive ones. They'll get the special treatment, such as is available.

It depends on how large the hospital is. If it's a dedicated psychiatric hospital, he won't be on the same ward as the generally depressed folks. If it's a floor in a regular hospital, more emotionally volitile people are kept mildly segregated from those with depression or medicine issues. But there's no way to separate him from other patients completely. The patients will segregate from him naturally, though.

Extremely doubtful, the most likely theory so far is that it has to do with the death of his father and increased unhinged interaction with his family as well as falling out with the Kurd and the Kurd's family. I think it's a lot of things over time, but I remember some of his recent videos and there was a lot to be concerned about (from a TPD standpoint). He made calls to officers where he screamed and raged. Nothing new, but then he also mentioned things like the bomb or nuke. In the FBI call he mentioned being so wound up he was ready to kill. In another TPD video, he indicated to the tard wrangler of the day that he could "feel in his heart that their current call was under surveillance." The officer asked if he was okay or having heart problems, and Tom went on to "reassure" him by saying it was just indicative of a extraterrestrial presence. That aliens and ascended ancestors communicate with him. He was so pushy about going up the chain of command because "his complaints are never investigated" and Golden's name was mentioned a few times. All things considered, I'm not surprised. Isn't Golden part of some mental health thing at TPD?

Another issue entirely is, that psychiatric care isn’t something that can be solved just by throwing money at it.

Unless you want an even scarier alternative to the current system: Where the state can totally take away the rights of anyone deemed mentally ill, lock them up indefinitely and force medication on them.
