Not just in the US, either. Even some in politics in other countries are getting quietly antsy about this strangeness. It's not just a strange fringe thought anymore. It's been something I've been hearing about a lot from normies in politics and media the past week, more and more. It's weird.

Yeah, it was mind-boggling to see articles talking about why strong borders exist IN MSM NEWS.
2020 sure is a strange year. Showing why disease control is important, why (strong) borders exist, why homeless people are the worst, why local politicians are more important than federal (in the USA), why China is asshoe, and how the wages of communism is death.

Minnesota law is all over the place with self-defense. It is generally known as a duty to retreat state, though that is not specified in statute, it has been determined through case law precedent.




And the police lobbyists do not help and oppose measures to define castle doctrine in statute rather than relying on individual case circumstances.


It would be nice to see it buttoned up if for no other reason than there must be different outcomes based on the lawyer someone ends up with, judge on the case, etc.

Sprinkler would be a good option for avoiding a court headache though.

If it wasn't for that singular event, I think there probably would have been a decent number of right wing counter protestors going out trying to engage , fresh news for the outrage mills. The only thing I can remember in these riots is that militia group that went out to protect that statue, and the video cleared the guy who shot the person who assaulted him.

I've abandoned mostly all notion that any of these shitbirds will ever face justice in this world. That way I'm not disappointed when they get off on technicalities, and pleasantly surprised when they are punished.
