Lmao it is real, even though he's trying to make it sound like it originated on KF so no one will believe it. I don't think that's going to work anymore.

Normally I don't think drinking when the child isn't home would cause anything to actually happen, but because he's got all this shit going on and he's recording it while talking about drug and there's no way this hasn't made it to court already, CPS probably told him not to drink or get high at all since he has an upcoming court date for DV, and also divorce and a permanent support/custody order. Plus his other ex filed for a restraining order earlier this year (and it ended being dropped so that means he totally didn't threaten to take his other two kids out of state).

Yeah he's being watched and he should be! And if KF didn't exist he'd still be in the exact same situation, because literally everything that is going wrong with him is directly because of his actions

This guy. Of course the court is mad at him. Every single time they convene to handle his problems, over a dozen college-educated professionals have to either be present in court or pass around notarized private documents. Imagine doing all that to get visitation for some fool who is in legal trouble for physical abuse and substance abuse, and then he wastes his visitation time to get drunk.

I mean the daughter he supposedly cares for so much that when he gets a precious visitation he immediately dumps her on grandma so he can get drunk and act stupid online. Truly a father that values his time with his child.

I think the issue has always been that Lowtax just dumps the kid with his mom or sister after he takes a few “vindication” photos. He doesn’t want to care for a toddler, he just wants to hurt Ashli. GAL isn’t impressed by his behavior or that he makes his female family members actually do the majority of the caretaking during his “visitation”

The baby spends more time with her grandma and aunt, than dad, when he has a visitation. I’m sure he uses the “Ow my back” as an excuse but it’s actually because he’s just lazy and can’t be trusted to supervise a toddler on his own.

He’s relieved. He’s got an excuse for doing even less and doesn’t have to live in fear that grandma and sis will have other plans and not be available to babysit Sloan when she gets dropped off.

(Also, did they name their daughter after the chick on Ferris Bueller’s Day Off? Or are they embracing some imaginary Gaelic warrior heritage? I figured Kaynaka was Polish or something. Sloan is a common surname in the USA so I guess it fits with the giving your kid a surname as a first name trend.)

The trend I've been seeing is moving away from giving kids normal names with retarded spellings and giving them names from outside your culture you think are cool or that haven't been in vogue for a long time along with the whole surname thing you noted. Nobody will know how cool you are if you name your kid Jessica or Michael.

Lowtax‘ viewer count for his last stream was pathetically low and he didn’t get much in super chats so he’s probably done streaming.

If his back were really that fucked up he shouldn't be asking for so much custody to begin with. That's what a parent that gives a shit does when they cannot take care of their child's physical needs due to disability. Its very clearly about lowtax's feelings not the kid's well being.

I can't help but think that if lowtax had simply streamed his stupid games instead of electing to get drunk while he did so, his mom could have come over and hung out with his daughter until the stream was done and then leave (or pick her up/drop her off around the stream schedule, whatever). When it comes to custody, overnights are what tends to count, so leaving her there over night looks very bad. Even a person without a drinking problem could manage to drink minimally and be sober when their kid gets dropped back off from grandmas. He clearly planned to drink to excess instead of using his parenting time, and now he is going to get stuck in AA/NA hell for the foreseeable future. His sloth has led him down the path of having to attend weekly meetings, he might possibly have his visitation contigent on that from now on.

But he didn’t want the kid overnight, that’s grandmas job. The custody fight is about money and Lowtax not wanting to pay it. If he somehow ended up with custody then his mother and sister would raise the little girl.

I figure Lowtax can manage two hours of solo caretaking max.

Lowtax needs a kid old enough that can wipe it’s own butt and be babysat by video games and TV 80% of the time.

This got me thinking. Is Momtax going to begin subsidizing the mcmansion and sportscar lease once the new alimony and child support payments hit? Rich can probably keep the essential bills at least juggled for now based on the forum money that he won't get evicted, but I don't think that is sustainable given that even Koala's Mooch figured out the ship was sinking and left. It almost certainly won't be enough once the new expenses hit. Momtax will probably be taking care of Sloan the majority of the time anyway, so why not move Lowtax in? We all know why, but I think it'll be hilarious if she tries. Lowtax is in for some drastic life changes now that his patreon slushfund is gone.

As I and others here said, the g.a.l. was almost certainly fully aware of claims of substance and alcohol abuse by Richard already. You don't even get such a person appointed by the court unless the court has found that neither parent is capable of representing the child's interests adequately. So she was already watching him and just needed some actual evidence to move on. Richard seems to be the kind of person he used to mock, blissfully unaware that other people are capable of watching his online activities and dumb enough to give evidence against himself like getting drunk on stream while supposedly having custody.

What do you want to bet he had already vociferously denied to the court that he'd ever do such a thing?
