The Brock Baker thing is probably going to be because Stolas is going to be a complete pervert and so everything that character does is going to be tied to him in some way while the accusations float around, either way it's a real shame because his voice was really good for that character. Like if you have someone accused of racism while playing a racist character retarded people will conflate two and constantly kick up stink.

Some bloke commissioned an art of his interpretations of Alastor's father and snake guy's son. According to where I got it from, one is a WW1 trooper and the other is an ice cream man. Seems quite interesting.

Got in contact with the guy who owns these blokes, here is a little interesting information. Snakey's son is actually missing two of his fingers and not having them curled as it seems. He is also a Boxer Rebellion veteran who got kicked out of the army for opium addiction.

Nobody probably gives a shit, but some mild stuff would be good for this thread.

It's more like 'better' pilots in general, as in better stuff overall, got left behind or picked up much later compared to HH. Smiling Friends was just a recent example I could think of.

But back on topic, a lot of thing those twitter people miss is that its not a cartoon aimed for kids, just an animated obviously adult show aimed for adults. But I wonder if it being animated will most likely hurt views, don't most adults think animated media is for kids by proxy? The only successful animated adult show I can think of is... Family Guy/American Dad/any Seth shows he has done and they're not really animated per se.

EDIT addition: The fact that the genuine fandom from what little I seen seems to be edgy DA young teens, and anything else is just artists hopping the bandwagon of whats popular to garner views on their profile and Twitter people screaming looks bad now that I think of it. I don't think I ever met one of the intended audience for it.

I'm aware, but I was talking about it in the subject of intended audiences, controversy aside. Most (US-orientated) animated adult movies in this age are ones that already got a franchise established, and made an 'adult version' to draw in the adult audience, like the DC. Only ones I remember that is their own IP are Sausage Party and 9 (kind of, this was intended to be an adult movie despite the PG-13 rating, but I guess something behind the scenes went awry and stuff got cut. Still remains too dark for children despite the rating and cuts though.). A bit of checking reveals that SP actually succeeded in the Box Office and 9 barely scratched by, mainly because people thought they're supposed to be for kids because they're animated/brought the wrong audience.
So yeah, I don't how HH would fare with this thought. Either parents would complain or it will do 'well' because it brought the wrong audience. Seeing the fandom, mostly the latter.
