How could a doctor not know that dick skin magically transforms into a totally different type of tissue when fashioned into a crude replica of another organ? There’s only one possible explanation - the terves are now getting medical degrees specifically to kill innocent trans women.

Usually metaplasia involves the transformation of non-squamous, non-stratified epithelium into squamous stratified epithelium, such as what happens in the bronchus of chronic smokers. I can't imagine what dick skin (which is already stratified squamous epithelium) would transform into, but it sure as fuck won't be vaginal mucosa.

It's pretty obvious from a glance through his post history. He says he felt attraction to men when he was a man but he felt wrong to act on it and then he transitioned and became bisexual and now he prefers dudes lol.

Even if there were "lots" of chicks in "the western world" with less than optimal bone structure, they are still actual women and don't get mistaken for men because they don't have male secondary sexual characteristics.
