Let's be honest here, any reality/dimension that found itself under the care and control of Chris would be lucky to have that drawing represent it's future. Everything Chris touches turns to suck.
of course not. thinking is work to chris. I know I've ragged hard on this quote lately but its one that I missed until Geno Samuel pointed out. About the time BLARMS was going on, chris said he hated the very concept of canon because he hated following a plot or having actions requiring to have consequences. he implies that he wanted the comics to just be a directionless power fantasy for him. I could list more examples of him being hopelessly lazy and self centered like his debt, his house, his future but we've all talked about that to death.
I think he just genuinely doesn't care about putting effort into anything, and expects praise and exhalation because he's chris chan.
You make an interesting point. I always figured that Chris hated canon because he was sick of the trolls telling him that the characters and events he had ripped off to put in his comics weren't canonical or portrayed correctly. But you might be onto something.
