U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

bro, if you're black. you can rape and kill women all day
then get killed by a cop

and all those dumb white women who were screaming about "air condition rape" and "rape is the worst" and "looking at a wamminz without permission is rape" and "the school mascot wants to rape me" will be calling you a fucking saint.

if bill cosby went on a rampage in jail, and got mowed down by a cop, you will see every screeching feminist go on about how he dindu nuttin and was a good guy after all.

they literally WANT to be victims, this is their goal in life.

Gotta respectfully disagree there on Bill Cosby, frien. Totally agree with everything else.

Bill Cosby is Persona non Grata with the Lawn Jockeys because even though he's a rapeo, he told the lawn jockeys to be fathers, get their education, pull their goddamn pants up, and generally act civilized.

And we can't be having that now. That would be acting white.

Any idea why he could be charged for a felony outside the state where it occurred?

I realize he lives in IL, but the shooting took place in WI. There needs to be an explanation of the legal theory.

he turned himself in in IL. that's where this all is going. He drove him 30min to his house and then turned himself into the local authorities.

If I'm interpreting it correctly it seems like, under Wisconsin law, it would be difficult to even get the case in front of a judge as in such cases where there is a real or reasonably assumed risk of death or great bodily harm then it negates the duty to flee (which he attempted to do anyway).
This might be why they're trying to manipulate things and have him charged in Illinois. I'll have to look at their legal code regarding self-defense.
Um, no. He was picked up in Illinois on a Wisconsin warrant. He could not be charged in Illinois for something that did not happen in Illinois. Given the proximity of the two places, they clearly have it worked out, because this isn't the first time they have dealt with this kind of thing. The alternative would be a federal charge of interstate flight to evade prosecution. It will come out, dollars to donuts, that his lawyer surrendered him and that he may well sleep at home tonight, though that last is up tothe arraigning judge.

So tonight could be interesting. It could go 2 ways.

1. People are shocked by the violence and the rioting is dialed back.

2. People double down and the rioting and violence intensifies. (IMO this is the more likely option after last night.)

Kenosha is going to be rough for the next few days.
Albuquerque had a similar incident where a guy with a skateboard tried to murder a militiaman protecting a statue and got shot. We haven't had many problems here since then, and they had trashed downtown just a week prior. Just seeing some guy get shot, not necessarily even killed, makes everything much more real for these rioters. The comparisons in this thread of rioters knowledge on life being drawn from video games is more right than people think. Having tear gas lung and rubber bullet wounds that go away after a couple days and a lenient DA tht lets you off for anything is one thing, but seeing a "comrade" with a chunk taken out of his arm and hearing that two others are screaming in hell now is quite another.

The blacked bloc in Kenosha is about to become polarized. The casual ones will be dissuaded from doing anything locally and restrict their bitching to Twitter, while the extremists will only become more emboldened; they must be doing something right if they're taking fire! If they think they can go further with their actions, ANTIFA is going to do more and more things that can't be ignored by the public, and with only extremists left, the people holding the reigns may decide ANTIFA is less useful and more idiot and leave them out to dry.

Why yes, clearly the charge of fleeing to escape justice will stick then. Everyone knows that the best way to escape justice is to immediately turn yourself in.

Not gonna lie, some of the memes that came out of this are pretty great

Unless he asks for a bench trial or plea bargains the opinion of the court means little. The opinion of the DA matters, and then the opinion of the jury matters.

He's guilty because he shouldn't have been there it was horrible judgment sounds like a good argument but there are holes in it a good defense lawyer could drive an 18 wheeler through unless the prosecution can make a convincing case with evidence that he went there intending to get into a fracas. The 4chan idiots left evidence all over the place that they actually were looking for trouble. Maybe theyll find the same here, but if they dont that case is much harder make convincing. Juries are unpredictable though for sure.
Look, you're making a convincing argument about what would have happened in America a century ago. Things are different now.

Did he go there intending to get into a violent confrontation with the rioters? Well, let's see. If the same standard is applied to Mr. Rittenhouse as was applied to Allen Scarsella or James Fields, if Rittenhouse posted any memes joking about defending himself if attacked*, he was looking for trouble.

Scarsella caught a 15 year sentence for going to a BLM riot outside a police station, being attacked by rioters, then defending himself with a legally owned concealed handgun. He didn't even kill any of the rioters.

Fields went to a peaceful protest that Zionist terrorists turned into a riot with the assistance of everyone from city cops to National Guard, and got into a minor car accident after being attacked on his way home. He had posted a meme making light of the idea of running over people attacking vehicles. One fat woman died, he got 400 years.

If this guy's parents are absolutely loaded and can afford a few hundred thousand in legal expenses and PR, maybe he can make a deal to take a light plea, perhaps even avoid conviction entirely if he takes it to trial.

As for jury predictability- lol, if this guy gets a few jurors who are very courageous, maybe he can get a mistrial. If you're counting on jurors who will be aware that they will be doxed and targeted by enemies of the human race from CNN to street level antifa to deliver a fair verdict, you're as deluded about living in a free country as Rittenhouse was. Hopefully you can learn in a less dangerous way than he is.

* which as a 17 year old American firearms enthusiast he did. I don't need to see specific evidence to know this was the case.
Hasn't every court case that didn't involve Mountain Jews or Russell Greer had the opposite outcome from what the majority of KF users predicted?
Listen, I have over 1000 hours in Ace Attorney and I can assure you that this extremely political case will definitely be treated in a Fair and Just manner, the way that former GamerGaters want it to be. Law and Order!

Even if there was a duty to retreat, all three times he was full on running away before he shot anyone.

Even if he was the instigator, self defense can still be asserted if the instigating party made affirmative and clear moves to withdraw from combat. Full on sprinting away is pretty clear effort to withdraw.

Unless the entire jury is businessowners who had their livelihoods destroyed, the only way I can see the kid going free is if this continues and more normal people have to shoot to defend themselves or property. Because at that point people really will feel that if the government isn't going to protect me and my things, I need to fight back.

Haven't people already reached that point? I would think the guy getting his head kicked in after trying to help a tranny who was being mugged was enough to bring the average person to that point.

Got it. Just want to know which court he will appear before.

If anyone believes there's not a Fifth Column operating in these riots, looking to kick off something big...

Was working in a Federal building once. Post-9/11, they were letting these heavily accented guys into the building to sell paintings. They would come up to your desk, talk about how nice the paintings are, and ask you what you are doing. They gave paintings for free to women and tried to get their phone numbers. They said they were artists, their forearms suggested they were military.

Federal buildings were supposed to be locked down at this time. We were doing shelter in place drills once every other week. We talked to the Director about it, he said not to worry and go about our business. Which seemed awful strange, given what we were working on. I left about a year later, some of those paintings were on the walls.

The US Government is very porous. Would not surprise me to learn there are interests working both sides who have a Euromaiden planned.

That sounds like a cartoon character policeman from a kid's show. (It's Martial Law.)

But I like you so I will only mock you a little. :)
Awwww... I like your avatar.

Marshall Law would be an amazing character. He could be Judge Dredd's long lost cousin, come to kill Commies.
