But the truth is damning enough. There is no need to rely on false information to say something negative about Lucas. Whatever you make up, Lucas has said something worse about himself, without intending to.

For the reasons set forth herein below, Lucas Werner can not establish a charge of defamation against Walter Fate.

• 3. That caused injury
• 4. That is not privileged

Assuming in arguendo that Walter Fate has published a statement about Lucas, Lucas cannot demonstrate that said statement is false.

Walter Fate has merely quoted Lucas's own words, and given his opinion of those quotes. He has made no independent factual assertions about Lucas. Truth is an absolute defense to defamation.

Moreover, Lucas is unable to demonstrate any injury or damages from Walter Fate's alleged false statement. A plaintiff in a defamation case is entitled to receive damages for any lost earnings, future lost earning capacity, and other lost business or economic opportunities that he/she suffered or is likely to suffer as a result of the defamatory statement. In some instances the plaintiff is also entitled to recover non-economic damages, such as mental pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of enjoyment of life, and anxiety.

Here, you can't ruin a turd, or damage what has already been destroyed. Lucas's life and reputation are past the point of damage. He has no wages to lose, having been unemployed since 1999, and no future economic prospects. His reputation is that of a deviant, schizophrenic failure, and all of his pain and suffering are attributable to the fact that teen girls won't let Lucas touch their poonaners.

And he wants to touch their poonaners so very much.

Very interesting observation, especially in light of the established confusion over who Lucas thinks he's addressing in his videos. Supposed sexual rivals, to warn off and dominate? Zoomer baes, to woo and claim? Or himself, because he's just a broken schizo?

Can he even keep such distinctions straight? Apparently not. Going forward it'll be more interesting to always question "who is he talking to" when enjoying his delightful content.

Perhaps it's more than disorganized thought.

I'm beginning to wonder if Lucas, like a troon, has an erotic target location error
(a paraphilia where the pervert has a strong sexual interest in features that are somewhere other than on one's sexual partners; i.e, a troon aroused by his own moobs). I've spent more time researching this question than I care to admit, and while I can speculate, it is not definitively known what Lucas did in 2017 to earn his confinement.

We can examine his social media output around the time of his confinement. I find his activity during the approximate one week he was at liberty after his first confinement to be most interesting.

TLDR he was, interestingly, offering $1,000 for a date and posting his address with a solicitation to come visit him at his current transitional living house. He has also been reported to have "raged" in public at the time, but said reports are not detailed.

Whatever else was going on behind the scenes is unclear, but it bears noting that circa 2017 many Wernologists understood this as a "danger to others" situation.

Whatever it was, the duration of the confinement, and the fact that it happened again so soon after his first release, suggests it was seen as a very serious matter at the time.
