So you can go to a city and attack the police, destroy property, and assault the locals. Totally cool. But if you show up with intentions to defend the city from them, go directly to jail do not pass GO do not collect $200.
What a galaxy-brained take.
Again, this little dumbass was never asked to "defend" the city, nor does he have legal jurisdiction to shoot and kill anyone. He put himself in the situation where he had to defend himself out of his own choice, armed. He chose to drive out to a city that wasn't his own by his own volition, again, armed with a loaded gun. He has literally no stake in that town besides a political LARPer fantasy one.
Either way, I already said, neither cases are okay. Going to a city to fuck shit up, whether you fuck up the police and property or other civilians is not okay. Both should be prosecuted.
You could literally say anyone who has a gun at all must have murderous intentions because otherwise why'd they have a gun?
In a way, but
that doesn't mean every gun owner is a spree killer. Whether the killing is for good or bad, that's up to circumstances to decide, but regardless, the purpose of a gun is to kill or injure. A gun can't cut a steak or dice vegetables like a knife can.
(unless you want them swiss)
What other reason do you own or bring out a loaded, usable weapon than with the intent to kill if felt necessary, self-defense or otherwise?
It's not some old family heirloom passed down to this brat, it's a modern weapon he got and brought with him to a hyper-violent tense area. Hell, had this moron brought a butcher's knife or a sword outside with him to this riot and held them in the open as he did his rifle, it'd still be plainly fucking obvious he was there to harm. He certainly isn't at any Wisconsin cheese cook off fair or anything.
A gun is the most powerful, versatile civilian-ownable weapon around.
Neither the pistol guy or shooter kid were in the right. Pistol guy came to a supposedly "peaceful" protest armed, Shooter kid came with a fucking AR alongside an extremist armed LARPer militia facebook group. Both knew shit was going to break out, both went there to agitate, and both were willing to kill. Had pistol guy shot Kyle dead or maimed him in the same way, I'd want him to face the same charges Kyle is right now, and I sure as fuck wouldn't be praising him as a hero.
Considering the sheer numbers of those crimes a lot of them go unsolved with no justice served. It doesn't help that the nogs aren't willling to testify against each other most of the time. Even high profile murders like Tupac and Biggie Smalls have gone unsolved. These would vastly outnumber the innocent nogs shot by the police.
The real reason they don't protest these is because they have nothing to gain. They would be incriminating themselves and its unlikely to have any effect. Going after White ppl and the cops however they absolve themselves of any fault and can make bank.
Blake was a rapist and assaulter who was free to roam the streets until his last intimidation of his rape victim put him out of commission at the hand of the cops. Instead of celebrating an abuser being off the streets the nogs are rioting with help from antifa.
The point is that these murderers are still held legally accountable for what they do. You know that 13-50 incarceration statistic people like to cite? That's why there's no protest over this. The people who commit those crimes are caught and punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Cops are almost never held to that same standard for unjustified killings or excessive force. If they were, the Rodney King riots would never have happened.
With Tupac and Biggie smalls, they were drivebys done in the middle of the fucking night. In car crash hell, Los Angeles, only 8% of hit and runs are actually resolved because it's such a quick one and done crime where you're committing it while basically escaping, which is even better for a criminal when it's night time and there's low visibility of a car moving 60+ mph in the dark.
The cops had literally no idea of who Blake is or what his crimes were at the scene. They were simply called to stop a fight, not an active rape. To them, he could've been any random person.
If someone thinks that a skateboard can not be a deadly weapon, they are a dangerously naive and sheltered individual.
A wooden skateboard is more likely to knock someone out before it kills them since it can be used to bludgeon.
A skateboard didn't kill two people or tear open a man's bicep irreparably two nights ago. A gun did. If that guy really wanted to kill Kyle, he'd have used literally anything else at the scene besides a heavy, clumsy piece of wood. He'd have more luck stomping Kyle out with his hands and feet.
