You can't first degree a random stranger. It doesn't work like that.... This DA wants the kid off. Not only is it a massive overcharge, he bascially outlines the kids Self-Defense case FOR him.

show us yer tits.
Is openly criticizing women's opinions supposed to be a good thing here? Sounds like something incels already do tbh.

Why wouldn't you date a chick who's likely killed more joggers than Moonman?Meh. I outright ask women on the 1st date if they are pro-abortion and stand up , shake my head in disgust, and silently leave if they say yes. No pussy is worth tarrying with leftists.
Someone in a stream claiming to be his friend said this, and that he was a good kid. Although there was always the potential that she was lying for attention, but the Facebook picture was a black girl, so she has the oppression points not to be questioned.Did anyone ever confirm if Kyle actually worked or had connections in Kenosha, or were they just rumors? I keep seeing people use the sticking point of "he wasn't supposed to be there" or "he crossed state lines and somehow that's bad." But is that even an issue here? Protesters have been known to travel to other cities so why is that never brought up?
On the DA's complaint document all I see is a charge for carrying a firearm under 18 but nothing about if it would be legal to carry it besides that. I may have missed it though.
That just sounds like a general people thing. Stand up for your opinions and have a backbone. I think people really forget how important confidence is and/or mistake it for being aggressive. When it's fair to do so. Many "feminized" Men will avoid this as it they know it will upset the Female. I've seen Women state opinions openly that were bullshit, and the guy with her, says "Are you sure?" and the Women exclaims, "yes it is" and the guy just drops it. They've been raised that upsetting the Woman isn't a good idea. Not that Women are emotional and in a few days she'll think it over and go, "No you were right".
Really going off-topic but it's something that I've been wondering about lately. I think incelism has been on the rise because young people over all make stupid decisions when it comes to love, and it's true that young women (at least) will usually go for the 'dangerous' guy. It's all over the media they consume and it's a big 'fuck you' to mommy and daddy. Then you have the normal lad that tries courting a girl and turns out she ends up with this other guy that will eventually break her.Is openly criticizing women's opinions supposed to be a good thing here? Sounds like something incels already do tbh.
I'm a little light on my lawsplaining but this seems like a massive overcharge. First degree must be proven with a motive and premeditated in a court of law, and the video clearly shows it was self defense, despite the narrative going around saying he showed up to "murder random protestors". What is the DA getting at here? Not sure how to properly screengrab this, but this is the DA's criminal complain filed today, with some extra info:
Rittenhouse complaint

These people always take for granted they live in a country where they are perfectly capable of pretending to kill their government leader. Honestly I just find this hilarious, it's like a child getting angry over a bully and taking out their anger on a toy.
The place is closer to his house than my daily commute, and there's literally nothing other than a Shartmart and a couple of restaurants in his hometown. He almost certainly would have gone into Kenosha on a regular basis. It's back further in the thread if you feel like finding it.Did anyone ever confirm if Kyle actually worked or had connections in Kenosha, or were they just rumors? I keep seeing people use the sticking point of "he wasn't supposed to be there" or "he crossed state lines and somehow that's bad." But is that even an issue here? It's like a kid with soft parents saying FUCK YOU DAD because he knows he won't get spanked for it, not realizing that if he was born in a different family he'd get his butt whooped. These people are actually acting like children. These people always take for granted they live in a country where they are perfectly capable of pretending to kill their government leader. Honestly I just find this hilarious, it's like a child getting angry over a bully and taking out their anger on a toy.
I am also seeing people gloat that Kyle was "charged with murder" and don't seem to realize that that means he is being tried for it and nothing's decided yet.
Many of the protestors and rallies I have been to and seen are very adamant about not recording them. Always saying that its to protect people at protests, when in reality, its to keep "snitches" out of the riots.
Ironically Robespierre would've probably executed them all.
More than likely, but their affinity for the French Revolution is not really misplaced. It was a band of degenerates which purity spiraled to the point at which anyone who didn't accept the common dogma at that current time went to the chopping block.Ironically Robespierre would've probably executed them all.
