What if he had an AR-15 "pistol"?
A pistol isn't a rifle even if it's existence is really just a work around the SBR tax stamp. The statute does define rifle and shotgun in more detail but I'm too lazy to look at it. For the most part state laws line up with federal law. So there wouldn't be an out on that if he had an AR pistol.

He'd be at even more risk of federal charges since federal law is the same regarding pistols and minors.

Gun laws are stupid. I wasn't really being serious though, he's clearly not using a short barreled weapon.
Even better? The reason the top one is legal because the "buttstock" is an arm stabilizing brace, meant to wrap around the arm (note the velcro straps) to help with firing one handed. If you shoulder the brace, you're not using the brace as intended... and welp, what can you do?

And don't get started California or New Jersey gun laws. A pistol grip somehow makes your AR15 more dangerous than, say, a Ruger Mini 14.

The child touching happened in Arizona, so it would be recorded somewhere there. He did 10 years for it.
I know that now, but I'm just saying it should not be obscured in the Wisconsin record as it has been now. It seems like they're just attempting to make things more difficult for his defense team, which is a moot point now since it's pretty much common knowledge at this point.

And he was in low security for a while, but he kept disrespecting COs, disabling security devices, making weapons, assaulting staff, and gassing them. (Prison lingo for throwing urine, feces, and cum at staff. Wonder what was in that plastic bag?) He could have had a relatively comfy stay, but he couldn't control his violent impulses and made things worse for himself. Story of his life, and death.

People think Trayvon was much younger than he was because they purposefully used pictures wholesome pictures of him when he was younger instead of recent social media ones where he was throwing up gang signs and shit. There is a twitter cap where a rightwing wannabe journalist posted story about some hoodrat who got shot and a person got indignant over the picture she used. "Why did you choose that one you racist", or something like that. I think he was shirtless and holding a gun. The journalist replied that was his current facebook profile picture.
Oh lol it's even funnier. They got mad and asked why they used the picture of him shirtless, and they said it was the only one they could find of him other than his profile picture, which is him doing a gang sign in 1 hand and pointing a gun at the camera with another.

We certainly live in interesting times. I'm thrilled to vote Trump in November.

I guess even the Ninth Circuit can't ignore exceptional individuals with "PRESS" stamped across all their possessions actively fighting with police over and over and over again. This is only a single judge or a three-judge panel issuing this temporary suspension though correct?
