As a result: the cops lost 3 of their key advantages letting him leave. 1. He had his story straight so they couldn’t tear it apart at trial. 2. He had legal representation to protect him from incriminating himself 3. He wouldn’t have the pressure to confess to just leave and get some sleep. The cops take advantage of any weakness you might have.

The local NBC affiliate reported that it was not exactly clear what happened in the moments leading up to the attack but that people who witnessed the attack said that Sinclair approached Connor and said, “I’m going to kill you and your dog.”

The east side of Indianapolis has been allowed to go completely to shit for some reason. Just say "Lawrence" to some Hoosiers and they roll their eyes and nod because of course crime happened there. Once in a while they try to clean up a property, evict all the scuzzy tenants and raise the rent in a building, but it's like spraying a single spritz of Raid under a counter in a roach infested kitchen.
