KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An officer-involved shooting investigation is underway in Kenosha on Sunday, Aug. 23. The shooting happened near 28th Avenue and 40th Street around 5:11 p.m., after officers

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58 ) -- An officer-involved shooting investigation is underway in Kenosha on Sunday, Aug. 23.

The shooting happened near 28th Avenue and 40th Street around 5:11 p.m., after officers were called for a "domestic incident."

According to police, officers provided immediate aid to the person. They were transported via Flight for Life to Froedtert in Milwaukee for treatment. The person is in serious condition.

A large crowd gathered near the scene following the shooting.

Kenosha Sheriff’s Department and Wisconsin State Patrol were requested immediately so that the scene could be turned over to an agency other than Kenosha police.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ), Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) will handle the investigation.

Askschully....Kyle fired 5 rounds according to the police report

3 into pedo-man, 1 into his groin, 1 into his upper torso and then the graze to the head.

Then one into Sk8ter boi's chest.

The final (5th) round into the armless wonder's upper arm.

All the other rounds are unknown but I can easily imagine some gutless soy-boy taking a pot shot as Kyle ran by then running off when things got hot.

I think he fired 6 rounds.

The burst of three at shoot-me-nigga pedo guy , where apparently one hit the ground (edit: or the groin according to @Sweet and Savoury above) , one hit pedo guy in the head, and the other in his chest.

Theres an initial shot into the air from one of the protestors, and I believe another burst of 4 rounds also in this video. But not sure if those are from rittenhouse or protestors.

He fires an additional 3 rounds in the second attack. One at the guy who kicks him (and misses) , one for the women hittin skater boy, and one for the fake paramedic fake surrendering burglar.

Well they either didn't see him as a real threat, just like the "shoot me nigga" idiot who later got ventilated, or they're fucking stupid, because it's retarded to chase down someone with a rifle when you're armed with a skateboard. And yes, if I saw a black kid with a rifle running down the street I would consider it more likely that he would do me harm than if I saw a kid who looked like Kyle, it's called pattern recognition, and it could save your life.

The police line he'd been running towards definitely had officers with scopes possessing at least 2x magnification, and watched the whole thing unfold as a good shoot, down an otherwise clear street.... and cops have radios, too; along with helos. Twitter faggots forget there's eyes that can see a lot more than they can, beyond potatoes running around with smartphones.

So. They let him walk through their lines because;
A. They watched as he fought off mob, which was at aiming to at least kick him to death on the ground.
B. The assholes bleeding out needed more attention than the guy who just righteously ventilated him.

That's the point. I don't actually give a damn about Kyle getting into some stupid street fight. Killing off a diddler is a good thing, but it's not retroactive justification for larping vigilante retardation, nor should Kyle be glorified as some kind of hero saint like the people in the thread are doing.
