The highlight feature suddenly being missing has made it difficult to catch up but I finally managed to, have to see how long that lasts for.

It's insane to me that the national Democrat party can't do the math on this one. Is it really that hard to quietly tell Wheeler and/or Kemp to take a sac bunt by allowing federal aid and then continue to "oppose" Trump sending federal help in? The obvious goal about a month or 2 ago should have been to end the riots which are finally waking people up to the fact that you're literally evil but at the same time continue to frame the rioters as heroes and Trump as a fascist dictator.
Use the media to spin the Federalized National Guard and law enforcement restoring order with minimal force as abusing "peaceful protesters." Your base and all the low IQ special identity groups will buy it wholesale. This also ends the rioting which is obviously gone past firing up the base and is becoming damaging to you. You only had to sacrifice Kemp and or Wheeler, who could easily be disavowed by DNC national immediately afterwords.
Frankly, it's probably too late to use this obvious tactic now because while the good people are still sleeping, they're starting to do so with one eye open.
Depends on where they're from really. Someone from LA or NYC is typically a lot worse than say someone from Denver, Chicago, or Houston. A big city California "conservative" is likely just a degenerate corporate shill with all the politically correct views (sort of like the Libertarian Party) while a conservative from some other less irredeemable city likely is veracious.

Correct me if I'm wrong but California was never a slave state. The closest thing it had to slavery was the peonage system of Indians in Spanish missions and that was done by Spain when it was a possession of the Spanish crown. So wouldn't the minuscule number of indigenous Californians be the only ones affected by slavery so shouldn't Spain pay them, if anything?
