It makes me so happy that Phil managed to find a clown gimmick that not only forces him to "work" late, but also makes it more and more obvious each time that he only gives a shit about the money. He has to embarrass himself and brazenly beg like this every fucking day for the foreseeable future. It owns.

I for one would like DSP to change it up to bring in new enthusiasm. For example, rather than wear a vest upon hitting the tips goal tomorrow, he could instead put on his Sonic/yoshi hat. Now, there would be a chance of whether he'll put on a vest or look like a super autistic manchild. You'd have not only paypigs but detractors giving him money as well to get their shits and giggles. But since this is Phil we're talking about, he's not going to do shit about it. I didn't think the vest would last this long, but seeing him squirm has been great entertainment

The problem is that whatever gimmick he chooses to use is one that he'll try to milk for all it's worth. The vest thing should be a motivational tool to please his autistic fans when a certain tip goal is reached, instead he turns it into this almost mandatory thing that is necessary for him to continue streaming instead of being something that happens once or twice a week.

At this rate it's bringing in way too much money for Philip to simply abandon altogether.

KF is literally responsible for bullying the pig out of wearing his Sonic hat because “mentally-ill shitheads and trolls said I looked autistic and other horrible, disgusting things when I wore it so I won’t wear it ever again so they can talk shit about me.”

I was laughing so hard, I was crying when he said that a few months ago on stream. We literally bullied a near 40 year old man out of wearing a fucking piece of clothing from fear of being made fun of which is another example that exposes DSP for the lying fuck that he is when he claims he doesn’t care about aesthetics or looks.

Tonight’s stream was something else.

Between almost all the chat regulars literally calling for the end of the Vest Streak and DSP getting visibly upset at having to put in OT to meet the Tips Goal, and although it hasn’t for a long time, the Vest Streak means absolutely nothing and completely invalidates the pig’s claims of the streak being “organic” and happening naturally. He basically breaks his own rules on a daily basis by going OT every other day to make sure this shitty reward system is met instead of just calling it when he needs to stop streaming. We’ve now entered peak DSP shenanigans where he’s once again stuck with an object of his own creation that he absolutely despises.

I wrote about two months ago that the Vest Streak could have been this fun, lighthearted event that should have just been a fun reward to promote and enhance chat interaction. But once the pig started seeing the money it was generating he couldn’t fucking help himself and turned it into a mandatory event that must be met every night for... whatever bullshit reasons he made up on the fly (symbol of hope, anti-bullying, FU to the haters, and my personal favorite: success). As of right now, the Vest Streak means absolutely nothing and has become a tool for the paypigs to make the monkey dance. It has superseded his content and nobody fucking cares about the garbage DSP streams on a daily basis because the man is so boring, his community focuses on all the external bells and whistles for any sort of entertainment.

But here we are. With Phil being a prisoner of his own design by literally being at the mercy of 2-3 paypigs who control where and when the tips goal will be met.

He’s sweating. He’s nervous. He’s stressed. Because Phil is a one-trick pony; finding another reward in the same vein as the Vest Streak ends will be nigh impossible for Phil because the whole event is a fluke in the first place that he didn’t come up with given his lack of originality and spontaneity. Something that started as a meme based off vintage DSP is going to be hard to recreate and generate a similar level of enthusiasm. And Phil has gotten used to this level of income, he will do whatever it takes to keep it going and we’re going to see new levels of debasing and I can’t fucking wait to see how he’ll prostate himself publicly to continue his grift to wrangle those juicy ‘tard shekels.

The current vest shit is nothing more than a happy placeholder for other begging emergencies. The fact that it's gone on as long as it has is a testament to how stupid his paypigs are.

Assuming you're not making around $25/hr (just a barebones guesstimate... $200 a day shtreeming divided by regular working hours), it's absolutely evident that he's just milking this thing til the wheels fall off. "I don't ever talk about the vesht shtreek! Chat talks about it!" but then he goes on to yammer about it the last hour or so of his later shtreem.... Yeah, he's trying to squeeze as much blood from this stone as he possibly can.

Once the shtreek ends, he'll make a pseudo-hullabaloo about how he's disappointed it ended but ultimately doesn't care because he has such a loyal and dedicated fan base... Etc etc.... Inside, though, he'll be kicking himself knowing he had a guaranteed two-bills a day from idiots just so he had to wear some flimsy strap of cloth. Sloth and Greed at their finest.

It's been pointed out in many other threads: There are any number of things Dave could do to improve the qwahlity of his shtreems, be more endearing to his audience as well as any other prospective audience, and/or be somewhat humble and laugh at himself and his own foibles.... But, Dave is Dave, and his ego is far too big to be able to perform this herculean task.

Now we know that there are some organized shenanigans going on with the whale tipping and streak.

I’m just wondering, and this would def. explain why they’re so willing to help out, if Phil doesn’t pay them back afterwards?

If folks know that Phil will PayPal them back the 50$ they tipped, they’d be a lot more willing to take part. And Phil doesn’t risk the whales eventually running out of money.


Now, I know. I know: This totally goes against Phil’s greedy nature. But does it really? He spends 50 bucks to get 100 bucks, but whatever money he can get before the big whaletip is still his to keep.

Also granted, a scheme like this seems to be a little out of character for Phil to concoct. He a scammer, but not a very sophisticated one.

I think his whales are so stupid that he just doesn't have to repay them. Its presumed they would tip him anyway. Don't worry, most people spending time in Twitch chat can't actually afford to spend like this and although it'll make me sad to see the paypiggies go, most of them will go. They were good for so much entertainment.

I love how he fake reads the name just to rub it in KF face since we always say he never confirms his pre-scheduled savior tips, and he gives it a fake laugh because he knows his bacon was saved by whatever poor pignosis-riddled brain sent the "joke" of using the name Wings. The funny part is, the longer the streak goes on the more used to the cash he becomes. No matter what he says he must have this streak carry on now, he is used to getting this amount of money. Going back to $10-$20 isn't an option, and if he does he will be outraged. In the past the extra money just went to paying debts so he never saw it and didn't really care about the excess, now he is used to all this extra cash because he gets every cent to himself.

The real slimy thing about him is he resets the goal each day to double dip, he doesn't just let it be $100 for the day. He has to reset it and make it $100 x 2, per day. Considering how small his audience is that's really gross.

Is it pretty much accepted by everyone here that if his streak ends, the next day he’ll just start the count over and keep doing the vest streak for the foreseeable future? I just don’t see why he wouldn’t quit doing it just because he was short the day before. It’s the most reliable way for him to hit at least $200 a day.

He already hates the streak (What it makes him do, rather), I don't think he'll be able to take doing it all over again. Not because he wouldn't on principle, but because it will set him up for failure and that's one thing he hates; If setting a new record for the streak has failed, odds are people won't fund another go at it without the thrill of being record-setters in paypig-ing, let alone for 250+ streams or however long it's gone by now.

I don't often watch DSP streams but just read the condensed autism presented here. I decided to watch about 40 minutes of his stream yesterday towards the end. This whole thing is a shit show. He doesn't even read the chat, he just plays the game and reads the text and talks to himself basically, sometimes glancing at the chat to respond to a retarded question once every 30 minutes. The only time he acknowledges people are when they donate or needs to give a speech about his vest streak and how he definitely can't go overtime tomorrow but today he will. It's a hard thing to watch someone beg and have absolutely no shame about it.

I think he's the only Twitch streamer I've seen that streams from the couch. Even people who are playing on console are in a chair, to give off some sort of professionalism.

It isn't just that he streams from a love seat. He is so autistic that he sits between the crack of the sofa cushions. So he has one ass cheek on one cushion and the other ass cheek on the other cushion as my crude picture shows below.
