They can't legally replace Biden, the deadline for that has long passed. The only way they can replace him legally is if he dies. Anything else would trigger a constitutional crisis.

It's more the national polls that are predicting way too high turnout for Dems, which they always do, especially during summer. Even with Obama in '08 and '12.

The Pinellas county +14 Biden poll had a fair sample size. The reality with that area is it probably falls in between +4 in '16 to this +14... probably closer to +4. It was also a registered voter poll which generally favors Ds, and would really favor Crist over Luna.
