I thought it was at least mildly out of line at first. It's not a normal thing to ask. The fact he acted like such a fucking creep, and his bizarre, inhuman response really comes across as incredibly creepy, though. I want a jury to see it. A normal person would be enraged and might have even thrown down right on the spot. Instead you get this creepy facial expression and delayed response. Why? The man isn't normal. There's shit seriously wrong with that guy's brain.

I'd agree if it was a normal person, but since it's the pegged cuck, I immediately recall all those pics with clients buying from him...he's ALWAYS staring down at his phone, NEVER EVEN ONCE actually staring at his client nor even smiling to appear better in the pic. How do we expect someone as "special" as Ron to do something meaningful, like acting professionally at his job? :story:

Ron doesn’t even show or sell the houses. He is a loan officer. All he does is acts as a middle man between the customer and the bank and takes his cut from the bank.

Honestly, if people weren’t lazy, they can easily do it themselves, it isn’t fucking hard. My previous broker got me a loan, I didn’t think it was that great; went into the bank, sat down with their rep and got it down another $500 a month, without the annual fee.

Well as Nick did say his whole job is to lie to the people so he can get his cut. I wonder if its one part the lie and one part just the buyers being lazy. I wonder how many times he has told people "This is the best you can get" line when as you said they can probably be better off going straight to a bank. But that would require people to "shop" around.
