Okay, so, Hanji literally got burnt to death, and then ended up in heaven, or at least some kind of afterlife because Erwin and the other dead scouts are there.

I gotta admit, I didn't see that coming. I mean, at least concerning the timing and manner of Hanji's death, and most significantly, the afterlife bit.

Am I the only that cares more about the apparent confirmation that some kind of afterlife actually does exist in AoT more than Hanji actually fucking dying?

Also, Floch's finally dead, too. I thought it was implied he died like three chapters ago, but whatever.

This makes the fact that Levi did not actually lose his leg in the explosion like people originally thought even more frustrating, because him having to hop around and/or wheel himself around in a wheelchair in heaven would've been absolutely fucking hysterical.

Petra wasn't going to marry Levi, her father mistook her stating her loyalty and allegiance to Levi and his squad in her letters to him as a sign of her wanting to marry Levi, but it was put there to make the horror of Levi having to explain to the man that his daughter was dead and her body was lost that much worse. The only one who wanted to marry Petra was Uluo and the only statement made by Isayama on Levi's romantic interests is that he would be interested in someone tall, Petra is 5'2".

Armin kept the bombs on the plane so he is probably going to just fucking kamakazi at Eren while Mikasa is trying to talk Eren out of it. His kamakazie shit kills Mikasa but he turns into the colossal titan and Eren fucks him up.

He goes, "I was just starting to think it over. But you ruined it." Then he rips Armin out of the colossal titan while Armin begs him to stop once more. He says he loved Mikasa and just bites his head off and tosses his corpse to the ground to get smushed by a colossal titan. Annie goes berserk but he just fucking stomps her face in.

Honestly I just want Eren to win and kill all the characters. I hate all of them. They are all trash. It's also hilarious that Isayama would think anyone would care about that useless cunt. When I heard she burned to death I was like 'good'. I hope Eren wins and retires on a throne of corpses with his murder boner.

The only character death I cared about was Sasha. Because it was so terrible.

It's the same reason everyone in the business is looking at the writing on the wall, and trying to distance themselves from it as much as possible, and why I have a feeling the higher-ups are finally trying to put the breaks on this trainwreck.

AoT has been hemorrhaging money, and readership like crazy, and everyone in the business knows for a fact that the final season is going to be the anime equivalent of GoT season 8, and completely nuke itself from pop culture and relevance, which is why they're all cutting their losses, and bailing, and trying to salvage what little they can.

The studios know. That's why the original one sold it off to a shitty one infamous for having terrible animation. They know they won't make their money back.

The publishers have to know. It's why I suspect Eren's sudden character-shift happened. They're finally trying to intervene and salvage what they can, but it's too late.

Everyone knows.

The only ones that don't are the people that only watched the anime which, luckily for the publishers, studios, and marketers, is the majority of the fans.

Trust me, the moment the final season airs and Sasha dies, shit is going to hit the fan.

If by some miracle it hasn't by then, the moment Eren says he hates slaves and cows, the fandom is going to implode.

When the time-travel, pigs, and global genocide to end racism drops, it's all over.

It's gonna be Game of Thrones Season 8 all over again, and AoT is going to be mocked, and ridiculed before fading out of the public consciousness just like that series did.
