I wholeheartedly agree that Marxism is a far bigger threat than anyone seems willing to admit, but I really don't think you'd get 50% of a randomly selected pool that support Communism unless you're conducting your poll on the campus of UCLA or in Portland. Anywhere else you go, even blue stronghold shitholes like LA, NYC, Minneapolis, Cleveland, you still probably wouldn't get 50% if the selection was truly random and just based on people passing by on an average street. And should you conduct your poll anywhere [and I do mean anywhere] outside of a city, you are most likely going to get near zero respondents saying they support Communism, and would be likely to not have a single person answer affirmatively. Flyover country does not care for this shit. The Midwest doesn't care for this shit, the Rust Belt doesn't care for this shit, the South doesn't care for this shit, probably a good amount of the Eastern Seaboard doesn't care for this shit.
I agree it's a much bigger threat than anyone thinks, but this shit has not taken quite so firm a hold as you think. Sure, you might get a few people even in "flyover country" who might say they support it, most likely they majored in something retarded at college and came back to their hometown. You might get some people here and there who will give a middling answer: "No, not Communism but I think socialists have a few novel ideas, maybe impractical though" which I wouldn't count as an affirmation of Communism or Marxism. However, most people in "flyover states" who aren't concentrated in a large urban area will give you a resounding "Hell no!"
Hell, if you go to the ghetto, black people in general don't like Communism. Especially old school black people. The Burn Loot Murder "activists" tolerate the fat dangerhairs, college kid soyboys and other self-hating whites spouting their Communist bullshit but only so long as all of those morons are providing cover/distraction for the darker-complexioned "activists" to loot shit and flip police vehicles. You may find some exceptions like the Black Panthers, NFAC, and all of those spergs but in general I'm not convinced that black people are fans of tankies either, the "protestors" don't give a fuck about what they're actually saying, only that the black-bloc faggots pump up their numbers and seem totally willing to act as human shields and sacrificial lambs.
So who is left? Asians don't like Communism either. A lot of Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese immigrants or second-gen citizens hate commies because they either still remember or have heard stories from their elders about how dire and shitty Communist regimes are. Given that immigrants from India are very likely to own businesses of some kind, I doubt they want Communism. Mexicans, Cubans and a lot of South American immigrants lived under awful, corrupt regimes and know how bad shit could turn if all of that power becomes centralized as required for Communism. The Natives are too busy getting drunk and cooking meth on the rez to be reached for comment but I can imagine they don't like it either. And obviously the average white people outside of cities despise Communism.
This doesn't mean we shouldn't dismantle this shit wherever we find it, and do so with extreme prejudice on university campuses. As demographics shift and the older generations die off, I fear you'll be absolutely correct in the future. But it's not quite that bad yet. When the older generations die off and if we drag our feet on the college indoctrination problem, the zoomers and later generations will catch the tankie poz when they go off to college too and we won't necessarily have some crucial voting blocs that keep idiots like Ilhan Omar and AOC from getting elected in municipalities/states where right now people would fucking scoff at the possibility of such a thing. It's definitely a threat, and we should be wary of this possibility, but the rot hasn't reached the roots just yet. A few vines are withering, sure, maybe more than we think, but if we lop them off and put a stop to this shit we might yet be able to salvage it. Marxism is a cancer, a sentient tumor. And much like cancer, if you don't get in there and remove that tumor, if you leave a little chunk or a few cells of it within, it'll grow right back faster and more malignant than ever.
TL;DR - If this shit isn't dealt with accordingly, I'll be right there cracking open the bottle of blackpills too, but the situation isn't that dire yet. Twitter and Reddit are not good barometers for public opinion. /effortposting
