I see just about everyone is this thread is now fully endorsing scenario A.

Hopefully not, as we're not there yet. Of course if you find yourself in an adverse situation as did Rittenhouse, well, obviously do what you must. But otherwise, patience is key. If anyone goes off half-cocked they'll end up characterized as another Brenton Tarrant or Dylann Roof, regardless of their intent or goal or circumstances leading up to it. They already tried to make Rittenhouse out to be a 'mass shooter' and I am certain among some circles they probably succeeded in convincing them.

But I don't view the Proud Boys [or whichever faction they are, hard to tell as the media just deems everyone to the right of Chairman Mao whatever flavor of the week they wish] beating the shit out of some morons to be a Scenario A situation. Infact it might serve to illuminate the hypocrisy. Antifa beats the shit out of people all the time, usually with blunt weapons, and the media seldom criticizes it. So why would the media be critical of Antifa getting their asses beat for once?

Well, we know why, but many don't. They might just learn once they see the spin machine kick on.
