Needing her son to drive her to dialysis made me think there could be actual movement issues. I guess you probably don't want to drive yourself to that kind of thing, but still. If she needs ER or an Uber to drive her to medical appointments, it seems like there might not be a large support system for her, friends or neighbors who could take her, etc.

That property is a complete money pit and disaster. We aint talking just a couple of fixes here and there after you buy it on a wedge deal. Its also disproportionate to the yard it occupies so it needs some construction put on as well. Walls are litered with nicotine and all sorts of substances, there is even damages visible outside the house. Judging from the room i analyzed in the sextape there is severe errors even in the basic construction and the ceiling is too fucking low as well. Windows are disproportionate so you need to put new ones and heck even new frames. Also the house looks like it has different construction material on each fucking side, no cohesiveness. There is also that porch thats not really a porch but a largish platform that looks like just a big step. With all the yelling seethan does every night along with these outrageous errors it drives the property value of the whole area down. Eh, they need to be careful what they do with Ralphs mom if they want general opinion to stay on their side. Yeah, her son is a piece of shit but he treats her badly too.
