That property is a complete money pit and disaster. We aint talking just a couple of fixes here and there after you buy it on a wedge deal. Its also disproportionate to the yard it occupies so it needs some construction put on as well. Walls are litered with nicotine and all sorts of substances, there is even damages visible outside the house. Judging from the room i analyzed in the sextape there is severe errors even in the basic construction and the ceiling is too fucking low as well. Windows are disproportionate so you need to put new ones and heck even new frames. Also the house looks like it has different construction material on each fucking side, no cohesiveness. There is also that porch thats not really a porch but a largish platform that looks like just a big step. With all the yelling seethan does every night along with these outrageous errors it drives the property value of the whole area down. My schizo theory on how Gunty miraculously isnt kicked out yet along with all his late rents and disastrous credit score is this:
The LLC is using Gunty to drive the property value of the whole area down to get better deals. Then they just kick him and bulldoze this shitstain after they are done.

Best thing to do with that property is to rip it all down, and plant some nice trees to act as natural barrier to any potential flooding.

I had a listen to that JMK stream with godwinson yesterday. It was incredible how genuinely autistic JMK is is, and couldn't grasp the concept of the conversation despite godwinson throwing him several bones. And he then had the audacity to say godwinson is autistic and doesn't understand sarcasm or social queues. Aspergers can have it's benefits, but if you're stupid and autistic, boy is that is one hell of a drug.

Another thing I found interesting about JMK is it's pretty obvious his manner of speech and seeming "normal" takes a considerable amount of effort. I could almost hear his autistic inner monologue as he tries to mask his autism.

It's really interesting how JMK seems to be becoming a defacto Guntguard with his sudden insertion into the Ralph drama. He went after Ralph for a day or two after the tape leaked but then suddenly started exclusively going after Ralph's detractors including the Vickers who I'd say are the biggest threat to Ralph currently. Maybe my tinfoil hat is becoming too tight but I seriously wonder what sort of dirt Ralph is holding over John's head for him to be going this hard on Ralph's enemies exclusively. Whatever it is it's serious enough that JMK hasn't gone to his FBI buddies to report Ralph yet, perhaps all the things in John's thread are all true!

If you are right, then then she's very much like her son.
I remember facebook screenshots of her friends tagging her and asking if she needed help and if she was OK (or something to that effect), so she does seem to have friends, but that was a while ago and Ralph living with her after jail not ever leaving the house might have caused her to become more isolated.
One question though, where does the restricted movement thing come from? I've seen other people mention it but in the recording you hear her come and go a few times and she gets herself to the appointment, it's just Ralph doesn't pick her up. I get she can't drive herself to dialysis for obvious reasons but she can move around, no?

Ade said that his mom was able to move around, it's just that she seemed restricted to her bedroom. She wasn't very talkative as if she wasn't supposed to be a bother. I could very well see the arrangement be that she doesn't have to pay rent as long as she stays in her room and doesn't talk to any of Ralph's guests.

I could also see it as she's paying the rent and Ralph has basically isolated her to the point where he's the only one she's allowed to have anything to do with. He's done this with Faith it seems, by not allowing her online or contact with her family that he's not mediating. He seems to be quite talented at isolating and manipulating people, everyone around him is someone he has dirt on. Even his mom, I'm sure. Very sad.

[Perspicacity]

Ok so it's time for a quick recap of the last few months with the Faith & Gunty saga. If I was to theorize what happened here and combine factual events.

1. She had a rendezvous with Gunty for a week at Dax's Barbie dream shack.

• Tells her parents she's attending a funeral but get;s caught in a lie.
• According to Mr. Vickers she tells Ralph that she hopes she's pregnant after returning home.
• Vickers says Dax supplied Faith with a fake ID.
• Tells her parents she wants to do go to a baby shower in VA for a friend named "Adri"

2. Runs off to Guntsville to live in the crack shack with Ralph

• Tells her parents she helping a friend take care of her newborn baby.
• Tell Ralph she's escaping from an abusive household.
• Tells Chris (meth head e-boyfriend) she's staying with Ralph as a friend because he's sad over his break up with Ade.
• Ralph is contacted by her parents and he threatens Mr. Vickers saying he's abusive to his daughter and will make his life hell as he is "very well known online.

The Threat​

“You don’t know me. But I’m gonna let you know something. I know about you abusing your daughter. I have money. I will pay all her legal fees for the bullshit you try to start (although the cops will laugh you out of the station, most likely). I am *very* well known online. You will be well known too, by the end of this. There is proof of your abuse and many were told about it when it happened. "

3. Faith has some kind of issue with Gunty, tells her parents she wants to go home. Mr. & Mrs. Vickers promptly fly out to get her.

• Tells her parents she's being abused. Claims she feels betrayed after finding out that Ralph used her to cheat on Ade. Sends Faith $800 dollars to escape from the Gunt.
• Tells her boyfriend she's being abused Ralph, they are just friends. Says she will never drink/drug again and wants to run away with him.
• Ralph has seemingly no idea of her plans to return home.
• During this time Ralph acknowledges that the allegations of abuse are false.

4. Faith meets her parents and they prepare to bring her home. Faith is then called out by her parents about her pathological lying, she denies everything. Vickers takes her phone while she sleeps and a suicidal meltdown ensues. Mr. Vickers made a terrible mistake doing this before they got home, as I believe Faith wanted to returned with them at this time and was plotting something completely different.

• Gunty is still unaware that Faith planned to go home, thinks everything is fine and she's coming back.
• Mr. Vickers contacts Ralph and tells him that Faith will be returning home. Gunty is shocked and confused, reveals more of Faith's intricate lies.
• The Vickers are unsure what to do and bring Faith to the hospital after she threatens self harm.
• Chris (meth head e-boyfriend) starts melting down that he hasn't heard from Faith. Was instructed by Faith to have a livestream exposing their dms the next day.

5. Faith is put into a psych ward for 10 days. The Vickers and Gunty communicate about the seriousness of the situation. Chris as per his plan with Faith reveals his DMs with Faith on a livestream that are pretty damning for all involved. Gunty in a drunken xanny filled rage leaks his sex tape with Faith.

• Faith pathological lying is exposed further as Chris was not stalking her, she was aggressively contacting him, making up wild stories,telling him she loved him, etc.
• Gunty claims the sex tape was "leaked" and his phone was "hacked" both obvious lies.
• The Vickers and Ralph both agree Faith is mentally ill and should go home.
• Chris melts down on Twitter and begs Faith to contact him, refuses to believe Faith had been manipulating him for years.
• Faith refusing to contact her parents while under evaluation but has multiple conversations with Gunty.

6. Faith has to choose between returning home exposed for all the horrible activities she's been up to with her parents and getting psychiatric help or returning to Gunty's crack shack to binge on xannies and alcohol. She chooses the latter. Either doesn't care, planned, or has to ignore Gunty leaking their sex tape to the public.

• Convinces Gunty to pick her up and goes to live with him.
• Seems to still be pursuing getting pregnant.
• Vickers and Ralph have a conversation questioning why it would be a good idea to get an 18 year old girl pregnant right out of high school.
• The Vickers return home after realizing their daughter will not be returning with them.
• The Vickers take her laptop and phone with them back to California and go through her DMs over the past few months to try to deconstruct what's been happening.

7. All out war with the Gunt is declared when communication with Gunty totally breaks down. Faith refuses to communicate with her parents. It seems their goal is to force Faith to come home through various means.

• Mr. Vickers creates a website to disseminate information about their story with Faith and to take down the Gunt.
• Mundane Matt interviews Chris and we find out extremely disturbing history of their relationship.
• We learn Faith has been actively trying to get pregnant and Gunty is complicit in this plan.
• Godwinson recently undertakes a heartfelt interview with Mr. & Mrs. Vickers.
