The vest thing wouldn't have been as big of a deal if he didn't bring so much damn attention to it once it got past a certain point. He claimed time and time again that he NEVER talked about the vest thing, it was ONLY chat that worried about it...yet, as soon as it was closing time, he'd bring out the guilt-tipping speech saying "I dunno, guys *snort* I think this might be the end of the shtreek!" and a whale would come through. He never talked about it, except for every single shtreem he did throughout the course of the entire farce of pahsitivity.

He could easily do a a streak incentive of some kind, and really not hype it at all. But, he likes the money and he wants the money. If there's cash involved, he'll beg and beg and beg.

The height of the creep is not necessarily indicative of how bad the issue is, it's more about where the issue is. If the problem is on the inside of the drywall, then the entire inside of the wall could have mold crawled all the way up. The actual core of drywall is insanely dry and insanely thristy, so if the problem lays on the other side of the wall, it could be incredibly bad and has finally rotted its way through the paper, then the core, and is now working its way up the painted side of the wall.
