It doesn't matter what she said, ralph DID release it and we know that, there is undeniable proof of it.

I don't know the term for it, but when people try to create themselves some sort of legal loophole it is heavily scrutinized in court, and can often be used as further evidence proving their guilt, rather than the opposite as they intended.

In all honesty the best case for us harvesters is if either he was grooming her before she was 18 or if she sent him images of her before she had turned 18. In either case I would think there would not be an immediate arrest warrant issued, there would have to be at least a preliminary investigation, then a summary sent with recommendations to the DA to see if charges would be worth filing.

If it was my daughter and it was the distribution of CP images, I would research first which state had the harshest penalties for such a crime before I tried filing a complaint. On the plus side if one jurisdiction decided it didn't want to prosecute he could file a complaint in the other. Since it was transmitted across state lines it might have to be federal though.

Either way I would think we wouldn't see anything for at least week or two.
