Diseased #Comicsgate - The Culture Wars Hit The Funny Books!

Just noticed something under Liam Gray's tweet.

Liam the "free speech advocate" who flags youtube videos, twitter accounts and threatens lawsuits against his critics also limits who can reply on his twitter account. :lit:

Kiwifarms own @Spectre_06 did a video covering the latest drama between DA Talks and Liam Gray (@Tyne) and goes into the hypocrisy of Liam's logic and decisions.

Liam did a two and a half hour cry stream about "the hydra" of enemies he is currently fighting.

Interesting points during the stream:
* Liam sounds completely deranged as he describes a conspiracy against him starring Anti-Comicsgate, Warcampaign, former Warcampaign all networking towards his downfall. He describes the SWC brothers as one head of a Hydra that have joined forces and ultimately seek his downfall.

* Liam implies that more charges will be filed possibly against @VIkkiVerse, DA Talks and Testefy-HD, I assume Preston Poulter (although not named) will also be a potential target. How Liam attempts to finance an international lawsuit against five individuals, including the SWC brothers, who all are living in the United States with the 1st Amendment, is beyond me.

* When asked by Oz Arts for a theory on why Liam seems to be the one everyone goes after, as opposed to Malin and Cecil, Liam replies "because they're threatened and jealous by my success." Completely unaware that Malin and Cecil are FAR more successful than him and are both more influential/relevant within Comicsgate. Liam can't even fathom that his ongoing delusional rants, sperging and hypocrisy are the reasons he probably takes more hits than any other Comicsgater, to the point where he is one of a handful of true lolcows that exist within CG.

* Liam claims he was banned from the Comicsgate thread for trying to defend himself and talking truth, instead of getting into a multi page sperg out and "dear diary" posting which resulted in his threadban. The thread still exists here in Spergatory:

Note despite multiple participants during the exchange, Liam was the only one to receive a threadban. In fact Liam is one of four kiwis I've ever seen banned from this thread, which is saying something.
Liam is acting exactly like Fat Matt Jarbo, the false flagging blob supreme. That means he himself flagged it and is pretending he didn't like the bitch he is.

Mitch Breitweiser draw stream on. He's drawing with obnoxious music. He's getting angry, periodically taking swipes.

Sniff, he's da victim guys.

@FROG is now live streaming at the same time. He's comparing Mitch to Miller.

remember how SJWs will swarm and concern troll? I have no sympathy for either group and fuck Mitch for not fulfilling his book. But. Crazy how similar the CG response is to the people they claim to oppose?

How dare the initial investors in his business want their fucking results. They should just take the grift on the chin according to this scumbag.

Mitch's chickens are coming home to roost. :smug:

But Mitch isn't getting blowback for grifting consumers. This about comic book creators and their egos. That that, not the consumers cheated, is what gets Mitch booted from the fan club is CG 2020 in a nutshell. Less a consumers movement and a club house for creatives to get together and gossip.

Last night we lectured Donal Delay on behalf of @NasserRabadi13 on ComicArtistPro Secrets.

I think the CG creative community heard Nasser's complaints and are largely siding with Nasser about this, as I am.

I got this message from Donal after the livestream:

"Just to be clear on things, I’ve told Nasser repeatedly that he will be paid when shipping is done. So I know an accurate dollar amount to pay him & not a random one. I’m keeping track of every cent - it’s my business after all - but I’m not going to over or underpay him. He’ll get his 50%. Then I’ll do book 2 to wrap up the story & be done with Brutas & especially Nasser. Moving on to other IPs I write, draw, color & 100% own."

I can't guarantee how much money you're going to get, but if you don't receive something fair, I guess just continue to let people know.

I'll ask as despite my feelings on you, I'm not going to jump down your throat on the subject. However, I think we'd all like to know what took you guys so long to go from breaking your silence since this was made public to now deciding to take Donal to task for his bullshit.

Also, does anyone have a clip of Liam Grey's parvo story? Seems the ginger fuck deleted the majority of his streams.

Your "feelings on" me? Ha ha ha

I publicly shamed Donal on this two months ago on the Oz Show and offered a solution.

Last night, all of the biggest creators in CG did it together.

We're not Nasser's parents. But since Donal opened his mouth about BRUTAS during a discussion of Mitch Breitweiser's RED ROOSTER, he had a smackdown coming.

Yes, my feelings on you are that you're a pretty shitty individual. But at the same time I can still remain civil. That's why I phrased it like that.

Second if you did that months ago on Oz's channel I wasn't made aware of it so good to go, I'll rescind that comment. Though the message will still stand that aside from that it appears people--including you--were not holding his feet to the fire enough and remained silent.

I'm the greatest individual in the world.

No, I don't "hold people's feet to the fire" to keep business arrangements that have absolutely nothing to do with me. That's called "minding your own business."

Remember when I got involved in Nerkish's gay Discord that was none of my business?

That didn't work out so great.

Remember when I told Mike S Miller not to denigrate gays on Twitter?

People are still crying about that.

We live and learn.

But fuck it, it's Nasser. It's no problem helping that kid out.

Good for you @FROG always nice to see people, eventually, do the right thing. Soooooo

Are you and Mitch done for good now? Because he sounded pretty butt hurt

By "people, eventually" you mean Donal, right? This was a favor to Nasser. It wasn't "the right thing" for me to get involved. This qualifies as butting in and not minding my own business.

Just making sure that's clear.

Yeah, Mitch is blaming me for the mass refunds that came from the Arkansas Times article going viral, but that's not based on anything except a misreading of the title of my livestream that night.

In that livestream, I explained that Mitch and Elizabeth had fallen for an SJW trap in which the SJW "journalist" that interviewed them presented their comments out of context in order to denigrate ComicsGate, and that the Breitweisers were actually the victims here.

I don't think Mitch listened to my livestream. I think he assumed that I was calling HIM an SJW and that I was recommending people refund him. I have never told anyone to refund anything ever.

He said that if I were a friend, I would have called him first, but Mitch and I only talk on the phone when he needs something from me. Frankly, the article in question, which mentions me by name, came out two weeks ago, and he didn't call me to explain it or make sure we were cool, so it seems like projection to me.

I guess the way that I see it is:

1. Mitch and Elizabeth exploited ComicsGate backers to get funds for RED ROOSTER so that they could get investors for ALLEGIANCE ARTS.

2. They didn't explain this to backers, and backers will be the last to receive RED ROOSTER, which will be a second printing of the story that WAL MART readers got first. I've done my best to defend him on the merits of this WalMart deal being a good thing for Indie Comics.

3. Mitch allowed an SJW to disgrace ComicsGate and me in an article for the Arkansas Times, whether he meant to or not.

4. ALLEGIANCE ARTS is proudly displaying that article, which Mitch says he was upset about, on their Facebook page, so I guess they aren't THAT upset.

5. Mitch didn't warn me about the article when it hit. My fans did, when it went viral, weeks later.

6. My Livestream on the subject of the article was fair and measured, and painted the Breitweisers as victims of SJWs. There's no way anyone decided to refund based on my livestream alone.

7. But Customers are entirely justified to refund at this point.

8. Mitch is wrong to be angry with me. I've been a better ally to him than almost anyone.

9. But I don't care if he's angry with me. He's wrong. His article did damage to me and the people he asked for money. (This is all a very familiar pattern.)

10. He needs to make amends to his IGG backers.

People don’t need to hold my feet to the fire. I do it myself.

Nasser has been told repeatedly he’ll get his 50% of the profits when books are shipped, & people following me on Twitter, or paying attention to the situation have seen me say that. That’s why they don’t care. But I’m not going to keep repeating myself every time one of his fans has a conniption fit on his behalf or when he does a 3hr livestream complaining about it, or runs here for a pity party.

He can wait & get an accurate payout.

How does he not know what his total shipping cost is going to be right now? Do shipping rates change by the hour? [EDIT: sorry, didn't see him reply below yours]

Here's something else he's spending Nasser's money on:

1. Mitch and Elizabeth exploited ComicsGate backers to get funds for RED ROOSTER so that they could get investors for ALLEGIANCE ARTS.

How is what Mitch did any different than taking that $200k from IGG backers to a blackjack table? Win or lose it's still misrepresentation/fraud. There wouldn't even be a debate had he done the blackjack thing but it's the same as risking it all on a Walmart deal instead of delivering the product that customers thought they were spending it on.

People don’t need to hold my feet to the fire. I do it myself.

How do you not know exactly what your total costs are? How do you not know right now, to the penny, what Nasser is owed?

Will you provide him a complete accounting of the financials or will he just have to take your word on the numbers?

My guess is he will have to pay for shipping lost/damaged copies for some months after fulfillment is over.

If that is you, Donal, get yourself a checkmark.

Touche. It reflected, poorly, on CG and that affects you and others. Which is why your mad at that Arkansas article, right?

Yeah, Mitch is blaming me for the mass refunds that came from the Arkansas Times article going viral, but that's not based on anything except a misreading of the title of my livestream that night.

What's that old meme, it was a bad idea or something?

I don't think Mitch listened to my livestream.

We call them snore streams for a reason. Last night is a perfect example. Took you an hour to get to the goods.

I think he assumed that I was calling HIM an SJW and that I was recommending people refund him. I have never told anyone to refund anything ever.

No. He earned those refunds by grifting people.

He said that if I were a friend, I would have called him first, but Mitch and I only talk on the phone when he needs something from me. Frankly, the article in question, which mentions me by name, came out two weeks ago, and he didn't call me to explain it or make sure we were cool, so it seems like projection to me.

And this is what its all about. Your relationship with one another was strained and this was the result.

1. Mitch and Elizabeth exploited ComicsGate backers to get funds for RED ROOSTER so that they could get investors for ALLEGIANCE ARTS.

Yep.

Good for creators. Not the consumers he screwed.

True, True, and disingenuous. You know what your fans are like. You meh and they jump. Doesn't change the fact those refunds have been coming regardless. You were just the little boy with your finger in the dike.

7. But Customers are entirely justified to refund at this point.

8. Mitch is wrong to be angry with me. I've been a better ally to him than almost anyone.

Suprisingly true. You've actually been really good to Mitch. In this instance, you have reason to be aggrieved. Shocking.

9. But I don't care

I think you do.

9. But I don't care he's angry with me. He's wrong. His article did damage to me and the people he asked for money. (This is all a very familiar pattern.)
