It's an interesting argument that Ron waived EVERYONE'S rights other than Vic's, since he didn't just say what Vic offered him and his response, he took it upon himself to say what Vic offered
everyone, and that everyone agreed to him only paying Jamie's fees (amusingly, he says 'because it's not about the money for us' while Jamie is demanding money, meaning that for Marchi it
is about the money) thus compromising all of their decisions. I could see the court deciding that it's still only MoRon's waived though, much like him saying what Vic allegedly offered didn't waive Vic's, because he doesn't speak for Vic, Marchi and Funimation could say 'Ron is stupid and doesn't speak for us'.
But I feel like Marchi, at least, is too proud to do that.
Funimation told Vic they would NOT go public with his firing. That pissed the VAs off. They wanted him publically humiliated. So Jamie comes out with her story and like Nick said Monica wasn't gonna not be the center of attention and not have the best story so she one ups Jamie with her attempted rape. Now Funimation has no choice but to go public.
We have emails in even the minuscule discovery Monica did turn over to show that not only was Funimation's hand forced by the fake public accusations, but Monica
personally emailed and nagged them, begging them to make a statement and allow her to make statements. If we were to look at just the discovery she turned over, we'd see that the Funimation statement, her statement, and likely also RT's statements are all personally the fault of Monica pushing for them behind the scenes. I would not be surprised at all if we found emails to Marchi (or other communications) where Monica asked her to make up something, too.
