Ron went about saying Vic never did anything one would consider illegal. But then he goes on parade with Michele's affadavit to highlight the point in the email about Vic sleeping with an underage girl. All Ron ever does is contradict himself.

Evan Stone just appears to be some fat they decided to trim from the company. Since he was only there to protect their brand from being pirated or whatever... I'm sure Sony has people like him. It honestly wouldn't be a surprise to see more cuts from Funi. Baretto and Denbow were involved with the case so I can see them getting cut because of their handling of things. I agree it is hard to say that is the exact reason for their leaving of the company, but it is interesting.

If it were true that there's an underage girl out there whom Vic had sex with, we'd have seen an affidavit by now. The defense would've done everything they could to get their hands on her. Remember Marchi straight up saying she was hoping there were underage victims so they could press criminal charges?

Either Michele pulled that story straight out of her ass, or someone pretending to be an underage victim of Vic messaged her and she believed it. But I honestly think she deliberately lied to cause Vic pain. There was no reason for her email to be part of the filings, it was only there to cause Vic distress.
When did Marchi say that?

I'm more inlinced to think Michelle pulled it out of her ass.
I'm inclined to think she pulled it out of PULL.

When did Marchi say that?

What if she says she is an awful, dishonest cunt that nobody loves, and that Vic's pants are gay?
Let's be honest, anyone and anything would turn gay if they got close enough to those muscular thighs and constantly exposed to the excess charisma he has to expel from his pores, it's really not a surprise Vic's legwear is gay.

I asked about the underage thing, cuz that would be a big no bueno for me. He denied ever doing anything inappropriate with a minor. I believe him because I know him quite well, and he came clean about a lot of things that he didn't have to - most of which was in the deposition and now the world knows.

I don't know about STC people. It's possible, but he's not going to break confidences even to me, and I would know those people. It wouldn't have been his story alone to tell.

If you recall, I was cc'd on this email and we discussed his response. He wanted to deny the wrong things, but more than that he wanted to apologize. So he did. At that moment, it was more about shame and sorrow for hurting her than setting any record straight. That's why he did not deny.
Another question @Svetlana its has been said (by a wife beater) that some industry people including Monica have talked to Vic about his behavior. Has he been open about that?

I'm surprised they are dubbing it at all. The sub is extremely "problematic" for western audiences.
Probably because people now can't handle even the lightest of teasing, so when they see Uzaki pretty much teasing/flirting with Sakurai, they just meltdown into puddles of outrage.

Edit: So tired that I forgot to finish my fucking sentence.

I have a feeling they knew about how people would feel about Monica voicing Uzaki so they're using it to their own advantage. Monica and co are placated, controversy brings more people in to watch it, they can virtue signal and get their asspats.

But knowing the backlash and knowing how Jamie and Monica like to change things to fit their own agendas....they could use that as a reason to get rid of Monica if/when shit hits the fan. I mean TX is a right to work state but for the public's sake there's a correlation with how her performance as Uzaki goes.

According to Vic, the only conversations anyone had with him were centered around his 'diva' behavior (aka perfectionism backed by an Italian ego) and catering to his fans who ask for things like the coffee line from Ouran. Not once did anyone speak to him about assault or harassment or anything he was fired and defamed for.

This and old online PULL-esque rumors sparked his 'rumor panels' in an effort to dispel them. Defense stated that these panels prove his rep was already trash. What gets conveniently glossed over is that none of these rumors cost him work until it was cancel time for these VAs fueled by Hell Hath No Fury Specht in their ears privately since June 2018. #GirlPower

The fact that SO MANY other voice actors have done so much worse for so long AND with receipts shows it's clear that the motivation was never to "SaVe tHe cHildReN!!" Stunning and brave my ass.

Monica must've only taken it to put it on her forever-growing-but-still-irrelevant filmography to be remembered as someone else other than Bulma, Stocking, and Froppy (and Momoko). Only maybe two simps will mention Uzaki to her, but then ten more people will go on to talk about her role as Froppy or Stocking and Uzaki will be forgotten. She'll never be known for more than a few characters. Hell, I doubt people have gone up to her about her role as Sakura, ever.

That's cause she's a shit Sakura. She did a better job in the absolute garbage fest known as Diabolik Lovers(she voices cordelia) than any of her appearances as Sakura Kinomoto.

So...are we to understand from this statement that Specht might have actually started this? And add on that they already didn't like him, these women all got together and decided "fuck him." Definitely sounds like a group bitch thing to do.

Letting women leave the kitchen and join the work force en masse was a mistake (and I say that as a woman)

That’s just being in entertainment. Chances are tons of people only get known for certain things. Think GRRM being only known for ASOIAF, of Alec Guinness being upset he was only known as Obi-Wan to a lot of people, of Chris Sabat getting tired of doing the over 9000 line until TFS did it with him, of the one hit wonders throughout the music industry. Unless they have super dedicated fans, you’re only going to be known for your best/worst roles, and the only thing you have a direct control over is how you respond to it.
