I can tell you a few things

• The FOP artstyle isn't even his, it's a dude named Steven Silver's.
• He claims that praying to jesus can cure autism
• He charged $130 for 7 6 minute cartoons
• He refuses to pay one of the people he commissioned for work on a new show of his that never got off the ground.

I can add more for the first:

There's also Butch's commissions, which are $200. People quickly noticed that something was up from his art style, so either the commissions after that are privately sent or he stopped doing it.

I'm not sure how Silver wasn't known for the art style, but he was a concept artist and character designer for Danny Phantom and Fairy Oddparents (and even more, like Kim Possible). Butch was the producer, director, and writer for Danny Phantom, Fairy Oddparents and so on, iirc. The only art thing he did was being a storyboarder artist for his shows.

I wouldn't say the FOP style isn't his. It seems like a standardized version of Butch's style crafted for ease of animation and mass appeal, similar to how the Lilo & Stitch art style isn't exactly Chris Sander's style. Steven Silver seems to be the Guy for this, and his natural art style is much more similar to the Kim Possible art style and this seems to be what he is most proud of having worked on.

(He also made this fucking hilarious character sheet for Warner Brothers of Weird Al.)

Not disagreeing with you in regards to cartoonists being screwed in the head (I have a feeling that that's what comes with the job, since cartoons have always been synonymous with wacky characters), but Rebecca Sugar made Ed, Edd and Eddy porn before her big jump, though, so she's just as disturbed as the rest if Vivzie's stuff counts as disturbed enough.

Edit: Not sure if cartoonbrew is considered to be a credible source when it comes to western animation, but this short article reveals that Rebecca REALLY likes cartoon porn (and she even comments on this article).

She was young then, and God knows I'm not going to go after her for drawing porn of the Ed boys and Sourpuss and Gandy Goose. A lot of cartoonists do things like that in their spare time.

Now, if she was drawing porn of her coworkers, like John K. ... then I would be wary of her. But as far as I know, she has not.

No, it's a loose trace, which is the style of most tracers. They think if they change some parts of the drawing, people won't know that it's traced, or that because parts of it are original they don't have to feel bad for charging money for it.

I've highlighted every identical line for ease of comparison.

Tracer stans will literally look at this shit and say their hero totally could have eyeballed it.

I'm not sure if it counts as vilitgo since Young Sakura was pasty white. It wasn't explained how her skin turned brown to my knowledge, and I could take that its tanned skin but nope, her skin is fully brown underneath her clothes too. I doubt the artist knows this piece of info as usual with 'fanart' like this
