We've seen over & over, her almost unbelievable obsession with food, especially fast food & take out. She'll be cramming down her own food while anxiously watching what Peetz is eating, how quickly he eats it, asking him about while regaling us with moans & groans about how CREAMY her sauces are.

No way she can do this - not without some hefty medical support & probably medication. She won't do that - too oppositional.

As hard as starting a diet is, starting 1 as weather cools off is tougher. Hot, humid summer weather typically tends to suppress the appetite at least a bit while more comfy temps. make us think about hearty & heavier meals.

Other than: "I'm going to cut out fast food & cook healthier", does she have a plan? Is she menu planning, planning her food shopping for times when she may feel less tempted to buy crap, will be more inclined to stick to a list? I really don't get that impression - this sounds like more of her impulsive stuff & frankly, I think she's not doing more than trying to deflect from the idiocy between her & Charlie.

Now, if she wants to exercise more, the weather in Ottawa for the next week is perfect for walking. Comfortable highs in the 60s & 70s.
