Previous black generations (dating from the old foundations of the Moorish Temple in the U.S. and the rise of Wallace Fard Muhammad, the saviour of the NOI) were all fairly fucking unstable but had a sense of cultural cohesion and an attachment to educational and religious values, typically granted to them by their time in the South (not as fucking slaves, obviously.) and weren't the total fucking circus niggers are today so when they see today, they don't see just "instability", they see a literal fucking fever dream.

Niggers today are very reminiscent of the old 80's-90's "shuck 'n jive" stereotypes that old blacks claimed did nothing but entertain whites and portray blacks as animals; probably tends to the moderate Suburbanite liberal view of blacks: like zoo entertainment, locked in the cages of poverty and the ghetto.

Any idea what caused the cultural shift from respectable blacks to shuck 'n jive circus niggers? What caused the loss of educational and religious values? It's happening in White America too, but the contrast isn't nearly as big.. My memories of history class are shaky.

It's really rather funny that, while people of different backgrounds argue and disagree on a whole lot of fundamentals, the one thing that will always bring whites, asians, hispanics, natives, non-negro blacks and arabs together is their mutual hatred of black foolishness. Multiculturalism is at it's best when a whole bunch of people of different creeds and cultures can get together and get aggravated by niggers doing nigger things.

Though I do have to say, I've never seen anyone react as poorly to black foolishness as an older black dude. Jesus, white leftists and some black people think the "Nazis" are bad, they ought to listen to a 72 year old black man go on a rant about niggers once.

I've got a friend who's an 81 yo Jamaican. Can confirm this. Probably because the Blacks who live to old age are the decent folks, while the ferals are largely dead before 50

I would blame capitalism. No seriously. It breaks up communities in name of job opportunities. No community means no brakes on behavior.
Also the advertising appeals to the lowest denominator. Same with alot of other cultural products.

My guess?

Someone at some point convinced black people that the system is so horrifically rigged against them, despite every bit of evidence to the contrary, that they might as well nig out because playing by the rules is what whitey does and whitey's bad. I'd make the argument that a big factor was the post 70s globalization trend drying up North American factory and manufacturing jobs at the same time as welfare and social programs increased. So you had a lot of gainfully employed low-skilled black people suddenly having no future career prospects for them or their children, at the same time as the government was increasingly throwing them money for doing nothing. So a lot of people ended up saying 'fuck it' and just embraced living on the government dole. Definitely not the entire root of the problem, but definitely played a large part.

Additionally, currently welfare benefits will pay out more to a single parent that has a ton of kids, so it essentially incentives the whole absentee father problem in black culture.

Essentially, boys being raised with no father and not being gainfully employed is a recipe for disaster.

Anti-Intellectualism with the heavy rise of hip-hop culture. When drug dealers and gangbangers get rich because they can sling good verses, it attracts people to the same lifestyle, with diminishing returns. The anti-intellectualism comes from the whole anti-white thing.

In the 1950s it was called a "nigger uprising," except on television, where it was a "negro uprising." In the 1960s it was "demonstrations that turned into a race riot." In 1977 during the blackout riot and looting it was -- what? A demand for restoration of electricity? Now it's "mostly peaceful protest." But it's basically the same, with the same cast of characters. Never goes away. May be hardwired into a certain subset of people, not all of them black. Rap culture and the media focusing on movies and music that was basically "Black people behaving badly."

A long time ago the rapper Ice-Cube was in a movie where he was supposedly an English professor. His entire vocabulary seemed to consist of the word "Fuck" and it was lauded as a great movie.

Movies with black people and about the black experience always had black people behaving badly or embracing thug culture.

Anti-intellectualism took root about the same time as it did for a while in white culture (The whole NEEEEEEEERDS! thing) but never left, because it was black people who behaved badly, rapped, became sports stars, or sold drugs that got ahead in movies.

It was also seen as oppression that a black person have to carry through with any responsibilities.

There was a TV show back in 1989 where it was black kids in college. One was in ROTC and one of their very special episodes was this black kid, who ROTC was paying his way, was terrified that now he might have to go to war and do Army things because he'd accepted the Army's money and now might have to actually do what he promised.

Along with the "You gotta give me respect!" no matter if it was some crackhead waving around a fucking crack pipe in a Burger King. They were owed respect, not because of what they had done or anything reasonable, no, you owed them respect because they were black and if you disrespected them, no matter what your standing (You ain't better than me!) then they were justified in beating or killing you.

Then came "Oh, it isn't their fault, they're black" and "ebonics is because they can't speak English" from the Left along with "Don't make the black kids mad" so their shitty Rap and Thug Culture combination made it so they were never responsible for anything.

"Black people don't get what they want in America, why should you!" was another saying.

I personally blame thug culture, rap culture, and the excusing of personal responsibility along with having to respect them just because their black (or they'll shoot you was the unspoken part) as well as media depictions of "blacks behaving badly" (Which was lampooned in a Jim Carrey movie) that led to the entire thing falling apart.

That's why being on time, hard work, a good work ethic, saving your money, and delayed gratification are white supremacy.
