I'm not sure but had the impression she was in a parking lot outside a designated shelter. Now that I've thought about it, some of the things that bothered me & in no particular order... Evacuees & no doubt staff can briefly be seen in the background, hurrying & scurrying. I'm prepared to accept they're stressed, tired & possibly hungry & thirsty.
Amy can't be arsed to get out of her van; instead calling out from the opened window to ask if they were evacuees. There's a look on her face, a tone in her voice that really got my bitch slapping hand twitching heavily. She came across as though she was conveying great favors from on high; to me anyway.
One of the first things she HAS to point out is that the donation is from her channel; the fact that she's not the only contributor came later. She says that & the note on the front of the envelops also say the same. It would have been more discrete to simply tuck a note INSIDE the envelop - this came across as literal signaling & I didn't find it particularly virtuous.
Her behaviour, her filming was highly performative. Not impressed a bit.
