The facts we had about the bankruptcy, the annual salary we thought he was making, the WWE Champions stuff, the fake business expenses, we were 95% right. The only thing KF got wrong was not knowing Nancy would say, "Eh, this guy's small time, more trouble than it's worth, who cares?" and just grant Phil the bankruptcy. And Phil, if you're reading this, finding a way to go bankrupt while making $130K a year doesn't "beat the detractors". It just makes you a lazy fucking failure.

As far as whatever's happening now, it will probably the 101st time Phil weasels out. But someday...

I was under the impression that Midfirst waited to foreclose until after the bankruptcy so this would be considered "new debt" and thus it would not be erased like his credit cards.

Midfirst purchased Phil's mortgage from JP Morgan. I would assume they know what they are doing. Granted, I know nothing of how these things work. Why would a bank purchase a mortgage if they weren't pretty sure they would get a return on the investment?

This has been in the works for almost a year. Sure the Corona stuff has thrown a wrench into the works, but still Midfirst has to compensate for the man hours and work they put into this.

Phil better hope that his luck holds out and spending money on mobile games was a better choice than saving up to pay the difference from a $30k sale on his $125k mortgage.
