I suppose that is the big question. Phantom stream sniped Sunday, but was not on camera. So is he in jail? Is he burned out? Who knows?
The Ralph bump, if it even existed in the first place, hasn't been a thing for like 2 years.
I would say his obsession with all things British, but he was more than willing to go after Sargon. Maybe he respects Godwinson? Perhaps he's actually a fan of his? Maybe he wants him to peg him with the dildo? It's just one of life's mysteries, but he clearly is unwilling to go after him in the same manner as he does others.
Edit - Maybe it's the whole baron aristocracy thing, that he thinks Godwinson is his social better
