Russ isn't in jail because this is his first adult encounter with the justice system, but the next time he appears in court he will be a convicted criminal worthy of extra scrutiny. If Russ screws up before the 18 months go by it's going to be so much worse for him. Even years from now the charges will be on file. No judge or LEO will ever give Russ the benefit of the doubt again.

The key ingredient for tard teflon is a defendant who looks more stupid then dangerous. At first the judge saw Russel as some poor tard in over his head and offered him a deal. By turning down that deal he got the judges attention, he made the judge take interest in this case, and that is the worst thing that could happen to Russ.

If he had cooperated with a psych eval he might have gotten more plights to exploit (autism, amenomania, etc.) He doesn't care about being called a narcissist, he just wants to hear about how nothing is his fault.

The fact that Russ didn't fight this to the bitter end means somebody is still able to wrangle him a bit. How closely mom and dad are monitoring his social media right now? I almost wonder if his promises to leave the state was a narc cope with his parents threatening to stuff him in a trunk and take him back to Wyoming.

Edit screwed up the terms of the sentencing. Fixed

He didn't TRY to get brothels legalized. He DID get them legalized. Haven't you seen the Mile High Neon right next to the LDS Temple, which is just down the street from the Naughty Mormon Girl? You know, that brings up a point. Let's say he did get brothels legalized in Utah. You know he'd lose his mind when a competitor opened up and he'd try to sue them for...reasons.

He's been dark for on social media hasn't he?
Um, no I don't think he got anything legalized:

There's an account called "Mile High Neon" on Facebook, but it's obviously just Russell (possibly pretending to be a "friend" of his who he said was donating money for him to open a brothel) - it even links to Russell's failed IndieGoGo page:

EDIT: Or were you being sarcastic?

Hold up, I just came up with an idea:

Someone introduce Russ to this girl right here, she's the only type of girl I can think of who might actually be in his league, lol:

No.
First, remember the Prime Directive: No trolling plans. We are not an autistic Illuminati. If you embarrass yourself or the forum trying to troll, we will ridicule you.
Second, Russell being brought to trial was his own doing. His choice to harass Erika (am I spelling that right?) was his own. Russell's current situation is entirely his own; no troll could have brought him to this. The only person who can troll Russell Greer successfully is Russell Greer; let the master troll do his work.

He has a whole 18 months to screw up. 180 days is just his suspended jail sentence.

He'd also be pissed when he couldn't make Swift his sex slave at the Mile High Neon. Or when he couldn't have sex with any of his workers at will, the real reason why this is his life's ambition.

He's not banned from Facebook.

Not only did I listen to both sides, I read the transcript too.

Yeah, yeah that was sarcasm.

They didn't let him explain! If they had, Erika would be court-ordered to be his girlfriend right now! Of course, in the real world, there's nothing to explain. She told him to stop contacting her, he didn't, thus he's guilty. It doesn't matter WHY she told him to leave her alone, only that she did say that. No one is required to listen to anything you have to say.

His "side of the story"

"The court bullied me into pleading "guilty" and were prejudiced against me for my disability, Erika is an A**S-infected b***th who would rather date creepy Fattie McPatties than a handsome stud like me- I'm going to sue the state of Utah!"

Fine, I wasn't going to troll.

I was just hoping that if he even gets rejected by a homeless schizo woman who wants to fuck Darth Vader, that he'd finally get the memo that he's not a stud.

I wouldn't put it past him to try to sue the judge or Erika. Judges are immune from lawsuits that relate to their decisions as long as they were made in good faith (like not bribed), and Erika would wipe the floor with him if he sued her.

I'm curious how he would be able to sue her without violating his no-contact order.

I'm also wondering how many times his lolsuits will have to get thrown out before he finally gives up (or maybe gets labeled a vexatious litigant).

Has a process server serve her, and doesn't represent himself. You can sue someone who has a restraining order against you, otherwise it would be easy to evade a lawsuit by making up allegations of harassment if you owed someone money for example. I think so, maybe an actual lawyer could weigh in.

i wonder what he would sue her for to begin with. He couldn't sue her for "blocking" him on FB; even if he tried to spin it as some "dishability discriminashun" crap, I don't see how he'd even get his foot in the door with that, since she's not a business or institution "open to the public".

Plus she and the court would have all of his e-harassment on file, he has nothing on her other than her getting creeped out by his behavior and telling him to leave her alone (as any reasonable person would have) - he would get his ass handed to him, maybe even harder than he did during the failed Ariana Grande lolsuit.
He must chase a lot of wet dreams.

The question is, would he ever do that? A huge part of the thrill for him is being “in” a lawsuit with whoever his target is, sometimes even forcing them to be in the same courtroom as him, if possible. I dunno if handing it off to a server and having someone else represent him would give him much gratification, even if he had a chance in hell of winning.

It’s an interesting hypothetical - let’s say Russell actually manages to have a solid case and a good chance of winning a legal battle against some woman (this will never really happen), BUT he can’t represent himself or really be “involved” in the case in any way. Does he go through with it?

Regarding who the evaluation must be completed by and who decides:
Since he has been ordered to receive a third-party evaluation that means he does not get to use his prior providers or a DOC contracted psychologist. Probation has a list of providers and agencies with whom they recognize provide assessments meeting minimum court standards and he will be told to choose one of those. If he wants to choose his own person outside of that he can certainly go to someone else and have the evaluation completed but he will have to justify the reasoning for the outside evaluator. He could have all the evaluations he wants until he finds one he likes, but for any to be accepted, they’d have to include collateral from the courts. And so I doubt it would do much good and he cannot afford to eval shop. But...Technically, if it came down to it and he had managed to get an evaluation from someone new who said what Russell wanted, judge would bring in the evaluator and question them on their credentials and expertise and the attorneys could go so far as to question them on their findings and have their own expert witnesses to impeach testimony or dispute evaluation.

I highly doubt it will ever get that far for a B misdemeanor. Most of the shrinks who can be bought off to say whatever are too expensive for him to afford and the rest would see how impossible it would be to justify anything but a recommendation for intense therapy and wouldn’t risk their license over Russell.

I think unless he really tards it up he won't get much more than some kind of generic anger management and usual bullshit. If they put him in a group he might tard rage and blow it off because he'll be surrounded by defective people he'll look down on, despite being as bad as any of them himself.
