I agree. Though I think having it on file that he tried to fake his MMPI (if it comes back invalid) will be the most detrimental. It will absolutely be seen as him trying to hide something. The MCMI is another option for detecting psychopathology but it’s not quite as robust and is primarily for personality disorders and disorders of clinical attention (depression, anxiety, schizophrenia).

If there were something short of a violation that could leadto him having the psychosexual evaluation ordered, I think it’s trying to fake his MMPI and I’m confident that he would. Most narcissists think their behavior is normal and wonder why others don’t follow suit. Russell’s extreme need to control the narrative and his complete lack of insight is what I think will lead him to be unable to Resist answering in a way that is non-genuine. And his own belief that he can outsmart anything. I’m almost hoping he reads the thread and gets scared into responding honestly. If he does, the sub scale scores have been researched and there’s information on score patterns to render some interesting conclusions on propensity to violence which would also be on record. Police use the MMPI in hiring to predict which officers are more likely to have excessive force violations, corruption, etc.
Oh, trying to bluff the MMPI would be disastrous for him. And if he does answer honestly, I'd bet his psychosis score would be high. He's not attached to reality very well (he thinks he has a relationship with Taylor Swift ffs). Pile on all his other faulty beliefs, and his rage when he doesn't get his way, then add in his belief he can't be held accountable for things he says and does when he's mad, and you have the recipe for someone who is very likely to get violent at some point.

I think the possibility of him violating probation is high, because he's discovered his trump card of his disability doesn't work anymore and he's probably livid that a mere woman managed to impose restrictions on him.

What a glorious day. Does any legal Kiwi know what suspended sentencing means? Does it mean that he'll have to go in the future, or only if he violates his probation?

I know we were all rooting for Russell to be immediately thrown in jail but the narcissistic injury must be astronomical.

It looks like he got new glasses?

I cant decide if id rather the evaluator be a toothy blonde or a mocha chad. We will know who it is when they receive a 1 star review.

I so wanted the psychosexual evaluation because then the state would literally be controlling his penis.

Read the thread.

I'm glad he didn't sue Erika, she didn't need that on top of the harassment, but I am curious as to what he would have sued her for. Emotional distress? Breach of contract? What? We know he views relationships as transactional so that explains why he thinks he use the law to force someone to associate with him when they don't want to.

I believe when he had plans to sue his bio parents and sister it was for (what else) discrimination. He doesn't care that individuals are allowed to outright discriminate for any reason in every area of life except as a public buissness. He thinks he can trick the judge into ruling that civil rights laws and the ADA apply to his personal relationships

I'm not sure he thinks he can trick a judge into ruling discrimination laws apply to personal relationship, rather I think he thinks they do already. He really doesn't understand how they work at all. He thinks the ADA makes unsolicited works policies illegal for one. I really think he thinks he has special rights from having a disability, not just equal rights. Has he been passed over for something anyone else would have gotten because of his face? Sure. That doesn't mean he gets special treatment. He also thinks discrimination law protects him from the consequences of his actions if they're due to "anxiety" because it's a protected disability. Alcoholism is protected too, but if I get drunk and slam my car into a bus full of nuns and orphans, I'm still getting charged.
What a glorious thing to come back and read about! Cheers everyone! Ok 2020 justice system, do Onision next!
I'd rather the iron fist of justice come down on James Terry Mitchell next. He willing admits to repeatedly raping a nine year old girl when he was 16, and can't understand why people are mad about it.
I hope someone posts a recording or transcript of the second half of the trial. Someone mentioned they went through a bunch of greers online posts in court
Oh god, that had to have been infuriating for him. I hope they mentioned the infamous "it should be a felony for women to turn down men with a disability" post.

If he did sue, the worst would be like when he tried to sue Farrah. But Erika would still sue it's a shit thing to think, but knowing our favorite tard he wouldn't stop unless the suit hit him this time it did and good that it did the man has been sentenced this past week has been momentous.

I don't think he'll be able to keep cool, no matter when the eval takes place. Typical Narc, he can't handle criticism or being challenged at all.

Also, the fact that he's seeing a shrink for a court-mandated evaluation is going to affect the entire dynamic of the relationship between Russell and whoever he sees.

This isn't really for Russ's benefit. It's for the benefit of society. They are less concerned with his welfare than that he can be trained not to commit crimes any more.

Hopefully he chooses a female psychologist, gets it in his gourd that she's giving him signals because she seems interested in him and sympathetic, and she's the one he harasses.
I could be wrong, but I thought that a third party psychologist in cases such as Russ' would be randomly selected/assigned from a pool of available psychologists and not by either Russ or the courts in order to limit any bias that could result if either side had input on the selection.

Also, the psychologist performing the evaluation usually doesn't mince words when it comes to reporting the results of the evaluation. Most know if and when someone is faking it and will include that in their final report. Russ can try to be cute all he wants, but it won't necessarily help him the way he expects it to help.

All caught up again!
Mommy and Daddy must have had a pretty long talk and some pretty dire consquences to make Russ drop his demand for a Jury case. Historically we know he doesn't listen to (real, non-imaginary) lawyers when they tell him his cases are unwinnable and stupid, so I doubt his exhausted looking representation could have said or done anything to pull the brakes on that inevitable train wreck.

Poor poor Russ, having his favourite weapon turned against him like that. I mean sure, he's been told he's retarded by judge's in the past but Russ could always interpret that as the courts aren't saying "your legal argument is wrong" (due to the judge hating the disabled and loving teen pop idols) and trying to find a new loophole. This time though his holy grounds of the courtroom are saying his actual words and actions are wrong. I don't expect Russ himself to be able to fully appreciate the difference I wonder if we'll see him attempting to justify and explain away his actions like he does with his school shooter kill list than blaming others like he does with his failed lawsuits.

I have to say I'd also love love love if the next time this happens the woman's lawyer (who would hopefully be the same as Erika's, I'd love her and Skordas to have some kind of reoccuring anti-greer legal squad) to really emphasis how often he uses the legal system to try and blackmail women into keeping contact with him. I know they touched on it a bit this time with the mediation thing and his typed up lawsuit example or whatever that was supposed to be, but I'd like the point really driven home; each one of his fake lawsuits printed out with a photo of the target on the front and in big letters "For not answering his DM" or "For being his sister and not calling him back" just so that an outsider can see, on record, just how often he uses this tactic and for such petty reasons.
I know that sounds kind of silly, but I think actually seeing it all laid out like that would really put into perspective (for an outsider) how real of problem this actually is. I think even those of us who are pretty numb to seeing his threats may be a bit suprised. And I'd be interested in how he refutes the evidence when it is directly, undeniably in front of him (I know, he'd ignore it, but once in a while something does seem to spark in his peanut brain)

I'm not sure he thinks he can trick a judge into ruling discrimination laws apply to personal relationship, rather I think he thinks they do already. He really doesn't understand how they work at all.

Yep, and I think this circles back around to how he also thinks all personal and social relationships are transactional and thus are held to the same laws and standards one would have to the sale of goods and services.
And, to Russ, if that social interaction wasn't a transaction from which he would receive something of value (that "something" usually being a toothy supermodel he can "own" to represent his own social value, MOM) then it was pointless so he wouldn't engage in it anyway, like when his roommates had the gall to invite him to play video games with him. Why would he when he could instead spend that time writing the greatest summer jams as part of Operation: SEE MOM??. Fun has no value to him, experiences have no value to him. Never once have I seen a greer post that was like "I rode a rollarcoaster, it was fun!" instead its all "I went out to Breakfast Chain Food with my dad" with the underlining point being that he traded his time (which has value to his dad) in exchange for his dad paying for Breakfast Chain Food Meal, rather than because spending time with someone else is meaningful and fufilling to our pack-based brains.

Oh god I'd forgotten about him. He probably still lives really close to that elementary school too.

It requires appreciating delayed gratification a bit, but the chimpout after he gets out of jail would be priceless. He might also engage in some hilarious jailhouse lolsuits.

Alternately, he might try to position himself as a jailhouse lawyer , fail miserably, and get the fuck kicked out of him.

They probably told him to plead guilty or he was on his own, they wouldn't pay for the lawyer for a trial. I doubt they managed to convince him he was going to lose. They even said in the hearing yesterday he contacted Erika after she told him to stop, and that's the legal definition of harassment. He was going to be convicted, and I'm sure the judge would slap jail time on him for that. He's lucky he got off as lightly as he did since he rejected the sweetheart deal.

I could be mistaken, but I'm sure the court has a psycho analyst they use for cases like this. I doubt Russ is going to be allowed to choose his own head shrinker for this. And I'm sure whoever the courts use will not be some soft pushover that Russ can easily fool. It will be someone who has experience working with criminals and people who try to conceal their mental issues, and they'll be able to recognize any manipulative behavior on Russhole's part and will call him out on it accordingly.
I don't know about Utah, but here it's the probation people who set up the psych evals, anger management, rehab, etc.

I don’t recall them going over specific posts, but Erika’s attorney did mention that he had made posts indicating a controlling tendency over women. She also mentioned his books, specifically the title of the book he wrote about trying to get brothels legalized in Utah. This was when they were trying to argue for a psychosexual evaluation.

He didn't TRY to get brothels legalized. He DID get them legalized. Haven't you seen the Mile High Neon right next to the LDS Temple, which is just down the street from the Naughty Mormon Girl? You know, that brings up a point. Let's say he did get brothels legalized in Utah. You know he'd lose his mind when a competitor opened up and he'd try to sue them for...reasons.

He's been dark for a while on social media hasn't he?
