To me, the saddest part is even after getting kicked off YouTube Ralph seemed to be doing alright for a while. Getting certified to run different lifts isn't even all that hard, a lot of warehouses will pay for it because there are so many different types of lifts and certification can be limited to a certain site.

Slight aside: if any of you are in a position where you need a job and have no skills, go talk to your local goodwill. They have a job training program to teach you to run a forklift (usually both sit down/stand up) and do inventory and you get paid to learn. They know all the local warehouses and they will funnel you into a job once you complete the program, Amazon/UPS/Fedex work with them to source hires and right now there are massive labor shortages because of covid (a lot of people earn more on unemployment than they would working.)

The work is mentally taxing and repetitive but if you're a bit of an autist running a lift can be an amazing job that pays well. And it keeps you from destroying your body doing general labor if you're older or not able to lift heavy shit all day without wearing out. They won't care if you're a felon as long as you don't have a theft conviction, most warehouses don't even care if you smoke or drink just as long as you don't show up to work fucked up or have an accident. It would be a great path for someone like Ralph.
