Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died at 87. - 🦀

And if you're Christian, just remember: innocents aren't sent to Hell;
But they're deprived of life well before they're even born.

Christians recognize the world as broken, but not irredeemable, and ultimately good because God declared it thus. Likewise for life as a whole.

Thinking of abortion as a slip-and-slide to heaven is... well, wrong, even if you're technically correct.

Savage... AHHH HAHAHAHA!

Now that the TDS Tards at Politico have agreed with my initial strategy of delaying RBGs replacement, I'm officially doing a 180.

Trump nominates someone this week, and I don't really care if Mitch has the vote before or after the election. It'll be before January in any case, so just do it.

Get the name out there in 1 week, and then push hard for it to go through, not nuclear-level, just firmly and fearlessly. Make it clear this is who you want, and will seat them unless there's a darn good reason not to. The Dems on the campaign trail will have a harder time convincing anyone that Trump's SC pick is a monster who will put women across the nation in chains if there is an actual name and face to the pick instead of it being a formless phantom of a person, scare tactics work when you don't know WHO it's going to be, but can assure people it'll be bad.

Like how during the primaries, the generic "Democratic Challenger" polls well against the incumbent Republican, but, once a candidate is picked, support immediately halves, or worse, because the generic unknown has no flaws or gaffes or unpopular policy.

Same deal, the "Trump Pick" can be guilty of every malfeasance in the world at the same time, until it has an actual name and history.

I get the first one but who is the 2nd i have no clue. I literally have bursted in tears when my favorite tv show back then was terminated to pass the news that pope died.
Don't remember his name but he had to step down in disgrace because he was a Nazi. (oddly enough, being a pedo was just fine to all the catholics.)

Seriously, calm down. Even before I got my tubes tied, I was tired of this. Every time a justice dies, we get 'muh roe v wade.' It's not going to be repelled. Trump isn't a hardcore fundie, and he's not putting them in the court.

"right to privacy" might get its definition challenged, which could indirectly raise a stink about the jurisprudence in RvW. However, as has been pointed out ad infinitum every time the usual suspects sperg, the states are more than fine to set their own borshun laws if the SCOTUS rolls back the specific provisions of RvW.

right to privacy really could use a bit of shaping up and defining in any case, since it's been a good number of decades and no-one's quite sure wtf it even means

We have assholes here who unironically call for post-birth sbortions, I shit you not.
Post-birth abortion has another name. Infanticide. Unless all murders that take place are now "post-birth abortions". I'm of the opinion that abortion is a very serious medical procedure that shouldn't be taken lightly (then again, I've known too many people where abortions went wrong and they were either infertile afterwards or dead).

RvW is most likely not going to be overturned.

Idk bout you guys, but my Catholic education has always told me aborted fetuses don't go to heaven cause they have yet to receive the sacrament of baptism and are instead sent to purgatory. It's why we think abortion is so fucked, cause from the faith's point of view, you just condemned your own unborn child to an eternal void.

Better than condemning kids to getting diddled by pedo priests tbh

Sounds perfect to me.
