I think its one of two reasons. Like others have said Nick doesn't want to burn any bridges in his area of the internet. He's a somewhat frequent guest on the killstream and probably sees it as a way to effectively advertise his show (remember he streams immediately after the killstream often ends). He also might not want to alienate any killstream fans who watch/donate. This number might be small, but he streams for a living and any reduction in his numbers impacts his standard of living.

Another reason is maybe he just likes Ralph as a friend, they have hung out irl. I know Ralph is a horrible person, but tbh I'm friends with a number of people who arent really good people and I still wouldn't throw them under the bus. I remember Ade saying Ralph behaves quite differently irl and maybe Nick and Ralph got along really well when they met. However, I think this reason is less likely than my first one.

Without power leveling I have a little insider insight on Nick, but it's as boring as you would expect.
There actually were some issues before Nick started his youtube stuff because females in the Dick Show group would ask him stuff since he was a lawyer or enjoyed talking with him. His wife thought he was trying to see other girls and would get pissed at him. Also the dumb shit Jesse pulled in the begining wasn't helpful. It wasn't until Nick did his youtube stuff and he showed her exactly what he was doing she finally realized "oh, my husband isn't talking to all these women online because he's trying to get pussy, it's literally exactly what he told me it was all about."

At this point they are so tied together, I don't know how he would. They have alienated everyone else.
