Any possible merit he could have is drowned out in parroting braindead lawtwitter takes.
He has denied this several times, as has Nick, who says that nobody had banned Vic officially until 2019, but they had banned Sabat. The only one I suspect may have had a secret/unofficial ban of Vic was Anime Expo, because you can see they have a weird and suspicious lineup with Vic vs the Funi VAs that might speak to some backdoor deals/threats about it being 'Vic or us'. The rest of it has been routinely proven to be lies, repeated by liars, and held up by "Oh we keep our banlists secret!" - yeah, so secret they forget to tell the banned guest, the rest of their staff, the staff that replaces them, and then sometimes themselves when they supposedly ban him and then invite him back in a couple years despite being "banned".
Literally Who continues to think he's relevant.

It's not as if they'd get within one hundred miles of an event called "bubba" anyway.
I'm ambivalent about RBG herself, and her actual death. She was a political figure who made decisions I disagreed with, which is a dime a dozen.
What I laugh at is the absolute metric asston of salt coming from people. She could have gracefully retired under Obama and seen a left or centrist justice succeed her. But she wanted to witness the first woman president... and that didn't work out when Orange Man smirked his way to victory.
Then she stayed alive for another ~4 years out of pure TDS and died on the home stretch. It's dawning on people that the Cheeto in Chief might actually appoint three SCOTUS justices on his first term, and if he wins in November he wouldn't be lame-ducking.

There's nothing to rebutt because she hasn't said anything that's at all pertinent to Ron having waived confidentiality and thus having confidential mediation discussions open for discovery.
Fat Tewson has come up with two scenarios in which things aren't covered by confidentiality at all. It shows the depth of her inability to understand the law that she can't tell the difference between waiving/breaching confidentiality and not having confidentiality in the first place.
