Every day we come closer and closer to my dream of a Russel+Melinda super lolsuit, where they combine to to create an unholy rambling mess of stupidity so powerful the judge loses his mind upon reading it.

I just wish ONE of these cows would properly file a suit and effect proper service, just so we get to read Nulls official response to it that will be entered for all time into the court record.

Alright everyone, it's time for the super special, fully subtitled and color-coded Ariana Trial video!

A huge thank you to @sharshorita for releasing this holy grail of Russtorical significance, and also special thanks to everyone in this thread for making it fun to create content for such a great community!

Am I missing something or was this posted earlier in the thread? I listened to it when it was first posted, so is there something new here, aside from subtitles?

That video is fucking gold. 2:48

Skordas....
"on the record, I was very interested in discussing Mr Greer's social media activity. For anyone who may be listening, and for the record, those possibly constitute an
electronics communication harassment, even possibly misdemeanor, if not felonious stalking - including members of my own family"

...and that was before Ratface appeared in court - 30 minutes late.

This was posted before, but was only subtitled for the first 15 minutes or so. I just completed the subtitles all the way through, gave each speaker a different color text, then added a bit of stuff to the beginning and end for fun.

There's nothing major new added. Just basic quality-of-life stuff to make it easier and more fun to watch.

The goal was to make it more appealing to people new to Russ who maybe haven't seen the transcript yet, as it's something every fan should experience.

You are a princely Citracett indeed.

What I love about this, aside from the judge's undisguised disdain for Greer, is that Greer showed up 35 minutes late because he had the time of the hearing wrong by 30 minutes. That means he intended to be five minutes late for his hearing. Great work, Russ.

I'm also delighted by the way our legal professional keeps responding to the judge's questions not with, "Yes, your honor," or, "That's correct," but with, "Uhhh... I mean... yeah, uh-huh."

I wonder if anyone but me has ever watched this and thought of this place

Paul Andrew Mitchell sounds like he needs to have a thread for sure, if he has an online presence now anyhow. He's clearly every bit as legally insane as @TamarYaelBatYah and as bull-headed as our Magical Star Buddy here.

I love textfiles.com, place has just about every good textfile I read all through my teens as a kid with a Commodore 64 and a 300 baud modem to a newly hatched adult with an Amiga 500 and a 2400 bps modem as well as thousands I've never read. The site totally gives me the warm fuzzies, and the owner of it has gone through as much shit in the 2000s as Dear Leader has in the 2010s. Great comparison!

Never heard Russ speak before. Oh man, he sounds like a vegetable.

Also lol'd at the judge trying to figure out what emojis are. "Things"

Perfect timing! I just caught up on the thread and was about to find something else to do before smoking a joint and this appears! So going to have some fun listening ahead now!

And yes, well done @sharshorita. :achievement: You attending Russ' hearing and capturing it for others to enjoy will make you forever respected and loved by the many people who enjoy laughing at Russell Greer!

Actually, I may be wrong, I think that video may have been lost to time. Do you still have it and can you upload again, or does someone have a link. It'd be good to see again!
Sounds like a good Sunday afternoon. I'm gonna have a banana with some RSO, take the laptop onto the patio, light my little firepit, and do much the same.

Yeah I just recorded the trial. I don't care either way, but he mentioned me years later so I know it still bothers him. I had no idea he noticed me. Besides sitting in the audience, all I did was video him as he left when Skordas walked by his outstretched hand. He left after that, and so did I. Maybe I shouldn't have made the offer, but whatever. I don't care that much
I remember he wanted to subpoena the security footage but waited too long to get it. Even if he filed in time, I doubt he would have gotten it, you didn't do anything illegal. Add "no reasonable expectation of privacy" to the list of legal concepts Russ doesn't grasp.

What a retard, are there any punishments for him suing us and it getting thrown out or is he good even if his case is horseshit (as usual)?

Can't wait to see him lose either way :story:
Well, that's the cloud in the silver lining. Even if this goes full-on lolsuit and gets resolved, the judge (most likely) orders Russel to pay attorney's fees.

Russel can't pay attorney's fees. (As evidenced by him not being able to even afford filing fees.) He knows this. So he's going full Samson's Option.

I know next to nothing about legal stuff, but one thing I can be sure: his life fucking sucks. Big donkey balls.
Tbh, his life always kinda sucked, but now? Dude, I was reading the last few happenings in this thread and suddenly I looked around and noticed how my life (and everyone else's around me) aren't so bad after all. Rusty actually gives people HOPE about the future and taught a lot of us to be grateful for little things, like not being a sex pest and a slave of a demented mind.

Thanks Russel.

I don't know much about copyright law, so maybe the legal kiwis could fill me in, but I've posted a pdf copy of his book here before, could Null be required to take that post down? I don't want Russell to even have the slighte

That's something I've always found to be odd about him too: he changes the story and lies about what happens to make himself into the hero, and he still sounds like an idiot and a monster. It's like how in his book he mentions that after being called invasive and troubling, which are incredibly minor insults, he stormed into John Smith/Greg Skordas' office and had a full on temper tantrum. He mentions himself screaming and swearing at the secretary and Skordas, accusing them of crimes, ranting about how he was going to go to the news, and then going home and vomiting from the heartbreak of being somewhat negatively described in a legal document written by the lawyer of someone he is suing.

This is the version of events he has worked out in his head to make himself look good. He honestly thinks this story of how he had an autistic temper tantrum over being called invasive and troubling earns him sympathy points. And listen to how he describes himself. His delusions truly know no bounds.
So Taylor was his "sweet lord"?

And why did he puke in a trash can, rather than the toilet?

(Actually, upon pondering this, when you can't shut your gob, you probably head to the first available receptacle, to unload your choc. choc. chip muffins and Colossal Crunch. Then you have to empty it later, with your swollen-knuckled, misshapen little midget hands. How very ick.)

Well I wasn't supposed to record, but oh well. I seriously doubt they'd go to any trouble to cite me for that 3 years later. I also live 45 minutes away, but I guess they could mail it? Don't know. I'll take my chances. I have no regrets

The video may be lost because I never downloaded the file. It was a live video. However, the way I remember it is someone else clipped it. Someone is going through the thread as we speak to try to find it.

By the way, Skordas is running for attorney general if you guys don't know. He probably won't win because he's a Democrat, but stranger things have happened. The other guy has some corruption issues. I thought it was funny when I got a text from his campaign asking if I support him. I also randomly ran into him one day, which was weird because I live so far away.
