The only method by which they could reasonably do this would be the "right to privacy" being applied to something else (perhaps a state bans GRS?), a lower court rules that the procedure banned violates this right to privacy, and the SCOTUS is forced to more clearly define what is implied by the implied right to privacy. IF it were somehow ruled in a way that would strike across RvW, you would STILL need to have a separate case come up regarding the RvW ruling which couldn't immediately be resolved by simple precedence... and then you would need to make a case that the new definition of right to privacy is fundamentally incompatible with RvW - and RvW's entire decision was made erroneously at the time that it was made, and thus it should not serve as precedent.

It can depend on where you're from (class especially, but also geography) - in most cases, parents just don't say fucking anything to their kids, the school 'courses' are usually bloody useless. Teens get exposed to sex through porn without an understanding of what a condom or birth control or even pregnancy fully is (I wish I was kidding)... and whoops, there's your precipitously high teen pregnancy rates that suggest a weak social foundation.
