Some posters have touched on this already, but I just wanted to expand on it without trying to PL too much. At 3 weeks a lot of women haven't even taken a pregnancy test yet unless they are actively trying to get pregnant. So it is pretty obvious that this wasn't an "oopsie" baby.

Secondly, I can't fathom any situation where a transvaginal ultrasound is necessary that early even IF Faith were considered high risk. My first pregnancy was high risk, but not considered so until well into the second trimester. Some conditions will then put any future pregnancies the mother has as high risk as well (the earliest they did an ultrasound on my high risk second pregnancy was 8 weeks). When nurses and hospitals do ultrasounds this early, and they are medically necessary, you are NOT allowed to film or take pics. You aren't even allowed to see the screen. This is because a lot of mothers will come into the ER claiming bleeding just to get an ultrasound so they can get early pictures of their baby. From the ultrasound techs I got this information from, this is actually more common than you would think. So to discourage this, no pics or screen.

So with that being said, its pretty much guaranteed Ralph paid out of pocket for this ultrasound. Meaning he literally paid hundreds of dollars just to get a picture to own the haters on Twitter. This guy is deranged. Feel so bad for that kid.
