Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died at 87. - 🦀

Imagine going from the family of one of the most beloved and recognized presidents of all time to becoming a sniveling crybaby trying to destroy institutions because you have no power, got TDS, and can't get elected dog catcher in your home state.

Trump killed 3 political dynasties it turns out: the Bushes, the Clintons, and now, the Kennedys.
And didn't this fucker support impeaching Trump back then? I remember that ginger quaff from somewhere.

So was she born in Cuba? If not then why is she being called a "Cuban-American"?
Is every race going to get a hyphen except for the real Americans (whitey)?
Normally I'd completely agree with you, but the term "Cuban-American" denotes a very specific kind of Hispanic not just ethnically, but also politically.
Cuban expats hate commies. A lot of them are the descendants of farmers, industralists, and so on which had property stolen from them and there's always a small hope the US will invade or coup the Cuban government so they can reclaim it and go home. That won't happen, but until it does they're solid Republicans.

Think of it kinda like Rhodesians.

Yeah, seriously, the U.S. Constitution is not just temporarily suspended because of something that some old lady might have said, according to sources familiar with her dying. The Senate isn't the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

I made a prediction earlier this year that RGB would either retire or drop dead just before the election, and holy hell has such a prediction been right yet so phenomenally wrong.

I had erroneously assumed the vacant seat by RBG would be the unifying rally call for the Dems to get their fractured coalition of disenfranchised #metoo feminists, burnt-out Bernie-Bros, readily-discarded rioters and suburban white collar Dems out to the polls and come together to ensure RBG will be replaced by a far-left activist judge.

But the response I am seeing in 1) the media, 2) high-level DNC politicians, 3) libs on FB & Twatter is, while unified, fear and distress.

Unless the left is playing a deep reverse-psychology long-con (which I doubt), they are freaking the fuck out. This was not the plan, this was far from the plan, this is a fucking snap cyclone on the boat ride to Omaha Beach.

The way I see it now, the right has 3 paths to victory:
1) SCOTUS pushed through before the election; election result irrelevant
2) Trump wins re-election, SCOTUS confirmed at R's leisure
3) Trump does not win re-election, SCOTUS confirmed before Trump leaves office

The left only has one path to victory:
1) Trump does not win re-election, SCOTUS delayed until after Trump leaves office

Graham said on Hannity they have the votes to confirm. I don't know how much faith I should have in this statement from him. I still think it's more likely than not they have the votes. I'm scratching my head about what the Democrats can do about it though. If they pull something really egregious I hope they lose even more support from moderates like they did with supporting the riots.

Haven't heard anything about possible method the Democrats can apply to stop it, I had hoped Michael Malice would come up with a list but all he said was that they're gonna try everything they can, but what does that entail. Have there been good videos on this matter from YouTube lawyers?

They can do literally nothing through legitimate channels.

Procedurally, the senate has it. The only reason they delayed Kavanaugh was by pulling bullshit and making false rape accusation. Problem is... you can't really use that twice. The electorate wouldn't have it, the senate would ignore it both for political expedience and due to it being used once, so what are they left with?

Nothing, really.

They could try mailing everyone ricin. Seems like it's all the rage these days.

Given how vile Pelosi, Schumer, Nadler and the rest of them are I wouldn't put it passed them to do something absolutely disgusting. The way they impeached Trump was absolutely ridiculous.
The problem with trying a new impeachment or other shenanigans is that... the Senate Majority leader sets the timetable. There is technically no reason they can't just say they'll do the impeachment (or other) hearings after the nomination.

Interesting, I did not know that. Why the hell did Stephanopoulos even suggest it during his interview with Crazy Nancy? You think he's ignorant on that fact? Or is it just a tactic to rally the Dem base?

Cross-posting because it's relevant.

New "What Are The Odds?" video by Baris and Barnes. They discuss The Epoch Times poll and how the Supreme Court nominee might affect the election. Here's what I got,

  • Barnes considers Ohio rock solid, Iowa pretty safe, Minnesota leaning red, and Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin competitive
  • If Nevada ends up with less absurd VBM rules, he will bet on Nevada too
  • Baris has Ohio up by 8% for Trump while Iowa is more like 3%.
  • Barnes believes that as Norwegians are anti-war, all the way back to World War I, that they will help carry Minnesota and maybe Wisconsin
  • Baris and Barnes are confident St. Louis County, Minnesota will go to Trump
  • Bucks County, Pennsylvania has Trump up by a point or two compared to Biden, a county Clinton carried
  • Erie County, Pennsylvania is breaking for Trump by sixteen points, a county that flipped by only 2.4% last election
  • Macomb County and Monroe County, Michigan are doing better for Trump than last year in a county with "Obama nostalgia" with the automobile industry bailout during the Obama administration
  • Trump polls at 19% among black in the Rust Belt, 20% in Pennsylvania
  • Trump polls at 34.9% among Hispanics in the Rust Belt
  • Trump polls at 41.5% among Asians
  • Trump polls at 52% among whites

Thoughts on Supreme Court Nominee

  • Despite hints that Amy Barrett might be the nomination, both Baris and Barnes are predicting a Barbara Lagoa nomination due to Trump making a head fake
  • Baris and Barnes do not want Barrett as they believe she will be a more extreme Roberts
  • Bad optics with Barrett will make her acceptance very unlikely due to how northern working class voters don't want an overly religious Catholic judge
  • Baris and Barnes want Lagoa
  • They predict Lagoa would lock Florida down by turning Cuban voters blood red and possibly increase Hispanic turnout
  • Lagoa ruled against felons being allowed to vote in Florida
  • Lagoa is the no brainer choice as it would get virtue signalling Republicans in the Senate like Romney to vote for her
  • She is a pro-family choice that was easily voted into the Florida Supreme Court
  • Baris leaked from a very reliable source that Biden does have a list but they're two black woman from California, one of which is a radical

I'm going to hope the hints at Barrett being the nominee is a fake out so we don't risk being rejected a nine seat Senate when Democrats try to push for voting electoral frauds. Though that makes me wonder, if Benny Johnson is so confident Barrett is going to be Trump's nominee, why did he also leak that Mitch McConnell had the fifty votes necessary to proceed with her?

If Lagoa is the nominee and she gets confirmation, I will make changes on my map that reflects a higher electoral vote count for Trump. Her confirmation could be a game changer in ways people are not expecting.

If Graham truly does have all fifty of the votes needed to push through a confirmation, that makes me think Trump has already leaked Lagoa in advanced to them and are just waiting to fast track her confirmation process. I seriously doubt Barrett would have the necessary votes given how controversial she is (she barely got through) and that the Democrats have more on her record to attack her for. We can't afford to spend an entire month on Barrett being grilled by the DNC and RINOs and risk a possible rejection, then a major loss for Republicans, and then for the DNC to pack the court. The stakes are too high to nominate anyone but Lagoa now.

Desperation, their response has largely been the shotgun approach. Throw EVERYTHING at it and HOPE something sticks.

The rage coming from the left side of the aisle is born of pure impotency.

Nancy and Co know deep down they have zero chance of stopping this aside from throwing such a tantrum that the GoP balks at the fervor being raised. And so we get the media onslaught, every channel as much as humanly possible from every angle and every discourse.

The SCotUS seat is actually more important then the up coming election IMHO. If the GoP can seat a conservative on the bench it will throw such a wrench into the democrats future plans.

If the bench has a solid conservative majority, especially Constitutional Adherents, then a lot of what the Dems have planned can be torpedoed by the GoP pushing cases up to the SCotUS.

If Biden does happen to win then they'll have no choice but to stack the court and that will run a foul of a lot of people both in and out of Washington. But I guess if the MSM can push Biden into a Presidential win when he can't even be bothered to show up to campaign then they can probably sell the stacking of the Supreme Court to give them Democrats free reign to the American public. Then American Democracy really is in massive danger.

A Trump win will earn the right a breathing space..time to group up and plan how to restart the American Dream.

Watching as an outsider is so very hard, I can do nothing but hope that Trump can pull off another miracle win despite the stacked deck against him.

Please vote if your able guys...America is the last bastion of actual freedom left in the world. The only culture left on Earth raised to reject authority instinctively and inherently as every man is born equal to any other.

Or at least it used to be before the progressive left rose to power and taught your kids to hate everything that made America great. America is a country worth fighting to save, if the left wins the culture war and secures the seats of power the whole world will be affected. The US is the last light out there in a sea of self-righteous authoritarian worldviews bent on something I sure as hell dont want to be part of.

...rant over.

Trump is going to win, because all of us will vote for Donald Trump (a complacent Trump supporter is a myth)

There will be no complacent Trump supporters. The Amish are having parades supporting Donald Trump, there are multiple "Trump Train" car parades with thousands of attendees in places like fucking Laredo (which, mind you, is a heavily Hispanic city in a blue county, yet the car parade had thousands of cars show up. Make of that what you will).

Plus the enthusiasm gap and the fact that new voter registrations in key swing states are mostly Republican (I cannot understate this enough because new voter registrations are supposed to be mostly Democrat).

And the Trump campaign has ground game. Biden's ground game is fucking nonexistent.

The mainstream media and the Democratic Party's constant doubling down on tactics that cost them the 2016 election (such as the fake polls) will fuck them over once again.

We got this.

Well, they threw a monumental tantrum with Kavanaugh and I can only hope that's still fresh in the memories of the Republic Senators and the American Public. Because what they did to him should be punished, and it should be punished by voting to confirm a new Justice before the election. Fuck the hearings, just skip them and go immediately to confirmation.

I consider myself pretty well informed on the current things, but I still can't help that some of the left-wing propaganda is getting to me. The one thing I can't reconcile is the level of enthusiasm and support Trump gets at his rallies. The amount of people that show up to those should tell me it will be an absolute land slide. Biden can't even pull a crowd. Trump supporters are organizing rallies without him, the boat rides the car rallies.

To provide a more pessimistic note: A lot of people won't be voting FOR Biden, hence his low crowd count. You draw a crowd of people who want to hear what you have to say. Additionally, the Biden camp has made a show of social distancing which does limit crowd sizes.

What a lot of people will be voting for is AGAINST Trump.

I personally think that Ginsberg's "dying wish" never actually happened and was thought up by some Democrat operative, knowing the majority of people who identify as leftist are basically emotional children and can easily be swayed by such a manipulation.
Logical people hear the wish and respond that they don't fucking care. The Constitution and precedent are the deciding factors.
