Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Don't pretty much all politicians do that? I don't think this is as big a deal as people are thinking here. Having a script for an interview suggests cooperation between the candidate and the media, which should be a scandal. Having an earpiece means his advisors are telling him stuff, which is kind of expected.

The problem is that this is during a Town Hall, where you're supposedly (supposedly) getting questions about which you have no advanced knowledge, and you're supposed to have an answer and be ready for anything. Having an earpiece during a speech or rally is like having a teleprompter, which is no big deal. This is different. It's supposed to be more like a debate where you're supposed to have the answer in your mind and think quickly, and respond intelligently to whatever happens - on your own. Also, the moderator is there to keep things moving and organized. In theory, at least. Why would Biden need an earpiece, and why they cover it up like they did? I disagree, I think this looks bad, and unfortunately looks more like a dementia insurance policy "cheat" device.

Just in case that doesn't happen, I want Trump to insist and check Biden's ear canals. Check his sinuses too, while you're at it. I put nothing past his handlers, I'd be more worried if they didn't seem so stupid.

Typically dementia is medicated with a combination of memantine and one of a variety of cholinesterase inhibitors, typically donepezil unless there's some reaction or reason to use an alternative.

According to the 4chan ex campaign staffer (who may be a liar), hes on at least memantine (brand name Namenda), which is also the source of his alleged incontinence. The supposed IV mark on his hand is unexplained so far since that's not how you take memantine.

Memantine reduces the symptoms of dementia and gives you partial functionality back, but not all, it also somewhat slows but doesn't stop progression. It's not a miracle drug that can eliminate his dementia for a few hours, it's a marginal improvement, and not enough to counteract a "bad day".

I'm guessing they could shoot him up with some stimulant before a debate,but that would also increase the risk and intensity of outbursts. It's also a stroke risk if the eye burst incident is related to hypertension or atherosclerosis.

If you can isolate the frequency, may as well try talking into it first, maybe get Biden to say the gamer word during his turn to talk, hes easily confused.
