The world has started to treat trans people just like anyone else and they do not like that.
When LGB people started getting treated just like anyone else it was a sigh of relief. Finally you can just go to work without getting fired because you've got a (wrong-sexed) partner at home. Finally you can get married and legally be treated like a couple, medical decisions, property, kids.
Yeah, life is shit, working hard sucks, but it was just being treated like anyone else. People getting violent and hateful can still happen, but it's frowned on and that's reassuring.

This is not what these people want. They don't want the struggle of being treated just like everyone else. It's above and beyond.
They don't want to be expected to work, live in a place they pay for, treat others with respect.
They don't even need to fight to be able to get married- most of them are straight with extra steps, and the few that are "gay" or "lesbian" are covered by all the legal wins the LGB community fought for.

There are still way too many LG kids who get kicked out, ostracized or attempted to convert by religious or intolerant families who end up on the street. There are more young, vulnerable gay prostitutes than trans ones. They get killed way too often, too. The suicide rate for LGB people is still high as hell- depending on what region you're in, not all those modern legal wins have caught up. But that community just actually works to help that, to be normalized, to save whoever they can.

Things like a suicide line that never answers, this tranch, kev's self-absorbed behavior, the total drama of it all. They bring this everywhere they go. There's no reason to want that to be normal.

Anyone who somewhat follows his Twitter would immediately doubt that money is ending up on farm maintenance.
