Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? I kind of like the idea (in fiction) where everything is decided with trial by combat.

Its visually satisfying, but its got some pretty strong anime tropes rolling, and those get more prominent as it goes on. Light paranormal elements too. I enjoyed watching it, and mention of it has me wanting to go back and watch again.

I'm not surprised at all that they're just brushing the Hunter stuff under the rug. Slavery and bribery is fine, as long as its from the good guys. Why do you think segregation and racial discrimination is good as long as you have a D beside your name. I don't know where you're pulling the "none of this is new" angle from, since the $3.5 million that was transferred from Yelena Baturina to Hunter's firm is definitely new information. That's all but a direct bribe; the kind of thing that Mueller's investigation was desperate to find on Trump and the kind of thing that you impeached Trump for trying to investigate. There is at least one Trump sign or flag hanging on every other block here.
Thin Blue Line flags have become more popular lately. Those outnumber every political sign (including local election signs) by a wide margin. Every truck has a decal with it now too.

Fuck the show, it's in CGI and cuts stuff essential to the plot, unless you like watching guys fight, go read the manga and it's sequel. Much better and nothing is cut. If you are hoping for complex corporate espionage and that sort of stuff, you won't get it. It's all about the fights, which are fantastic.

I was in LA yesterday (I was helping someone move out of that godforsaken city), and I decided to drive around the neighborhood looking for Biden signs ( like I needed an excuse to wait out rush hour).
After about 45 minutes of canvasing the area I saw:
5 generic social justice slogan signs.
3 BLM signs (two of which were shitty and handmade).
2 Biden/harris (one of the signs was surrounded by garbage, on the lawn of what was definitly the most run-down house on that street).
2 Trump (One of which was a big ass banner).
The lack of enthusiasm is palpable. Even the hive of scum and villainy that is Los Fucking Angeles has no enthusiam for slow joe.

I live in Wuhan, China where a Democrat hasn't won my province since Genghis Khan. As I was swimming to the bat soup vendor, I saw nothing but Biden signs lining the streets. In fact, my family and neighbors have started referring to Joe Biden as "Gweilo Joe" because they're convinced he's in their corner. I want Trump to win, but this isn't looking good.
